Police Shoot Mother & Child In Lima

What a senseless thing to have happen. I agree with Upthegrove - it really does stink to high heaven.

Police Shooting of Mother and Infant Exposes a City’s Racial Tension
By CHRISTOPHER MAAG January 30, 2008 New York Times

LIMA, Ohio — The air of Southside is foul-smelling and thick, filled with fumes from an oil refinery and diesel smoke from a train yard, with talk of riot and recrimination, and with angry questions: Why is Tarika Wilson dead? Why did the police shoot her baby?

“This thing just stinks to high heaven, and the police know it,” said Jason Upthegrove, president of the Lima chapter of the N.A.A.C.P. “We’re not asking for answers anymore. We’re demanding them.”

Some facts are known. A SWAT team arrived at Ms. Wilson’s rented house in the Southside neighborhood early in the evening of Jan. 4 to arrest her companion, Anthony Terry, on suspicion of drug dealing, said Greg Garlock, Lima’s police chief. Officers bashed in the front door and entered with guns drawn, said neighbors who saw the raid.

Moments later, the police opened fire, killing Ms. Wilson, 26, and wounding her 14-month-old son, Sincere, Chief Garlock said. One officer involved in the raid, Sgt. Joseph Chavalia, a 31-year veteran, has been placed on paid administrative leave.

Beyond these scant certainties, there is mostly rumor and rage. The police refuse to give any account of the raid, pending an investigation by the Ohio attorney general.

Ivory Austin (center), Tarika’s brother, in the march to protest this police murder.

Black people in Lima, from the poorest citizens to religious and business leaders, complain that rogue police officers regularly stop them without cause, point guns in their faces, curse them and physically abuse them. They say the shooting of Ms. Wilson is only the latest example of a long-running pattern of a few white police officers treating African-Americans as people to be feared.

“There is an evil in this town,” said C. M. Manley, 68, pastor of New Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church. “The police harass me. They harass my family. But they know that if something happens to me, people will burn down this town.”

Internal investigations have uncovered no evidence of police misconduct, Chief Garlock said. Still, local officials recognize that the perception of systemic racism has opened a wide chasm.

“The situation is very tense,” Mayor David J. Berger said. “Serious threats have been made. People are starting to carry weapons to protect themselves.”

Surrounded by farm country known for its German Catholic roots and conservative politics, Lima is the only city in the immediate area with a significant African-American population. Black families, including Mr. Manley’s, came to Lima in the 1940s and ’50s for jobs at what is now the Husky Energy Lima Refinery and other factories along the city’s southern border. Blacks make up 27 percent of the city’s 38,000 people, Mr. Berger said.

Many blacks still live downwind from the refinery. Many whites on the police force commute from nearby farm towns, where a black face is about as common as a twisty road. Of Lima’s 77 police officers, two are African-American.

“If I have any frustration when I retire, it’ll be that I wasn’t able to bring more racial balance to the police force,” said Chief Garlock, who joined the force in 1971 and has been chief for 11 years.

Tarika Wilson had six children, ages 8 to 1. They were fathered by five men, all of whom dealt drugs, said Darla Jennings, Ms. Wilson’s mother. But Ms. Wilson never took drugs nor allowed them to be sold from her house, said Tania Wilson, her sister.

“She took great care of those kids, without much help from the fathers, and the community respected her for that,” said Ms. Wilson’s uncle, John Austin.

Tarika Wilson’s companion, Mr. Terry, was the subject of a long-term drug investigation, Chief Garlock said, but Ms. Wilson was never a suspect.

During the raid, Ms. Wilson’s youngest son, Sincere, was shot in the left shoulder and hand. Three weeks after the shooting, he remains in fair condition, said a spokeswoman at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus.

Within minutes of the shooting, at around 8 p.m., 50 people gathered outside Ms. Wilson’s home and shouted obscenities at the police, neighbors said. The next day, 300 people gathered at the house and marched two miles to City Hall.

Many protesters believe they saw snipers atop police headquarters. The men on the roof were actually photographers, Chief Garlock said.

Sign on the door the police shattered as they rushed in and shot Tarika Wilson

“The police can say whatever they want,” Tania Wilson said. “Even before they shot my sister, I didn’t trust them.”

Smaller marches have continued every week since the shooting. The N.A.A.C.P. will hold a public meeting on Saturday to air complaints about police brutality. The group will soon request that the Department of Justice investigate the police department and the Allen County prosecutor’s office, Mr. Upthegrove said.

Junior Cook was a neighbor of Tarika Wilson. He says that he watched from his front porch as the SWAT team raced across his front yard, and that seconds later he watched a police officer run from Ms. Wilson’s house carrying a bleeding baby in a blanket.

“The cops in Lima, they is racist like no tomorrow,” said Mr. Cook, 56. “Why else would you shoot a mother with a baby in her arms?”

Creepy People

“I deeply resent the way I’ve been characterized. I’m no more a white supremacist than the Dalai Lama is. I love my people just as he does.”(Kevin Alfred Strom, courtroom statement 1/14/08)

Kevin Alfred Strom was once the metaphorical backbone of the largest and most prolific hate group in America. Serving Dr. William Luther Pierce, and later taking his place as America’s Dissident Voice, Strom was considered one of the true intellectuals in the racist movement.

Revered by some and deeply criticized by others, Strom would later become the Director of National Vanguard, a splinter groups which never really got off the ground.

Considered by many to be “too effeminate,” Kevin Strom had another onus to bear. He wasn’t the homosexual that many on the extreme right suspected - he liked girls – very young girls.

For years, Kevin maintained a website with an odd collection of art mixed in with virulently racist rhetoric. At he beginning of the 21st Century, his cyber presence was rife with pictures of young females, usually scantily clad, and often belonging to parents active in the National Alliance. Many of those pictures were, reportedly, presented without parental knowledge.

Even though Strom was suspected of being “sexually twisted” by many individuals on the racist right, his radio programs and scholarly essays continued to be disseminated and praised by those who would otherwise have considered him unfit for white nationalist circles.

When Strom was arrested in January of 2008, on a series if child pornography and intimidate charges, some were shocked, some were disbelieving and still others were in complete denial.

Don Black, founder and operator of the oldest and largest white nationalist website, Stormfront, admitted that he was not surprised and that “they” had been worried that this was going to happen. Yet there were those, and still are, who refused to believe the charges. Many believed that his wife Elisha set him up even after evidence surfaced and eventually, by Kevin’s own admission, it became clear that he had, in fact, not only received and possessed child pornography, but had actually stalked a 10-year-old female.

While some charges were dropped, on January 14th, 2008, Strom pled guilty to child pornography and will be sentenced in April. Out of concern, the Judge asked Kevin if he had been coerced or, in any way, intimidated into making such an admission to which Strom replied, “They’re trying to kill me because of the press coverage,” he said. “I deeply resent the way I’ve been characterized. I’m no more a white supremacist than the Dalai Lama is. I love my people just as he does.”

For most people, living within the realm of sanity, the very idea of child pornography and pedophilia is repulsive and being legally charged with such crimes is unthinkable. Yet Strom is more concerned about the media coverage labeling him a “white supremacist,” which he is.

Additionally, we all know that in jail or prison any inmate who has committed crimes against children are not going to fare well and are much more likely to be attacked or killed. Why then the concern over being called a white supremacist? Could it be that Mr. Strom knows that not even the Aryan Brotherhood will be on his side?

For years Strom has railed against African-Americans, Jews, and other minority groups. To now be concerned about his extremely racist views seems almost ridiculous. However, being called a white supremacist doesn’t sit well with his wife either.

In an interview after the court appearance, Elisha Strom was quick to correct reporter Lisa Provence from “The Hook”telling her that she isn’t a white supremacist either, but a white separatist who wants a white homeland.

There is very little to laugh at in this seedy and repulsive case, but watching the two racists strive to somehow ameliorate their racism is pretty damned funny. As the National Alliance has had their stated goals listed for years, to suddenly attempt to cast a more positive light on themselves in the midst of something most of the sane world has difficulty stomaching, is beyond the point of ridiculous.

Here are three of their stated objectives…

"We will do whatever is necessary to achieve this White living space and to keep it White. We will not be deterred by the difficulty or temporary unpleasantness involved, because we realize that it is absolutely necessary for our racial survival."

"The fact is that we need a strong, centralized government spanning several continents to coordinate many important tasks during the first few decades of a White world: the racial cleansing of the land, the rooting out of racially destructive institutions, and the reorganization of society on a new basis."

"The central task of a new government will be to reverse the racially devolutionary course of the last few millennia and keep it reversed: a long-term eugenics program involving at least the entire populations of Europe and America. Such a task is necessarily intrusive, and it will require large-scale organization."

While Elisha Strom apparently assisted the prosecution and testified against her husband it is unclear whether she did so willingly or to save herself from being indicted on charges, as well. There are several questions regarding her involvement.

Throughout the last year, Elisha has attempted to rid herself of the cloud that still hangs over her head as far as her fellow racists are concerned. She has claimed that her relationship with Kevin has been a stormy one, especially since she caught him masturbating in front of the computer while viewing photos of the heads of the neo-Nazi singing duo of Prussian Blue, now 15, pasted on the naked bodies of younger female children.

During that time, Elisha claimed that she had made Kevin sign a contract to seek help for his problem and to continue in counseling until such time that he was “cured” from his pedophilia. She placed that notarized contract online as proof that she had taken some sort of action.

Later, an audio tape of Kevin speaking with his counselor surfaced. On the tape, he admitted to being attracted to children and to the fact that Elisha had caught him masturbating to images of “shockingly young girls.” Also on the tape, he chronicled how Elisha had set up what sounded to be an elaborate set of cameras in the house in order to catch him. This revelation only fed the hysteria of those who believed Elisha had been complicit in setting him up.

Elisha also spoke of an incident where he had walked the young child that he had been stalking to the car during a rain shower while leaving his own family behind without the benefit of an umbrella. Additionally, she recalled an incident where she, Kevin, and Prussian Blue were present at a David Duke event. She claimed that Keving wanted to take pictures of the young girls in their bathing suits while they were at the pool. According to Elisha, she headed him off and got someone else to take the pictures.

All of this, however, still begs the question, if she knew about Kevin’s penchant for children why didn’t she warn the parents of the children Kevin had access to? Additionally, why did she remain with Kevin throughout all of this?

We’ve all heard of the battered woman syndrome and how many women are afraid to leave or continue to return to the abusive relationship. But – this is different. This involved children who were being preyed upon and exploited – and she remained.

While all of this would, undoubtedly, make a really good movie for Lifetime, it really doesn’t play well to those of us who realize that the semantics of supremacist and separatist really doesn’t make a hill of beans or to those of us who, at the realization that our spouse was seriously twisted and deviant would have taken the high-road and left the bastard’s ass hanging out to dry while singing like a canary at the local precinct.

In fact, the only thing it does is solidify our belief that those involved in racist activities really are pretty creepy people.

White Power Radio Jock:FBI Informant

White Power Radio Jock:FBI Informant
By Paul Brooks
Times Herald-Record
January 17, 2008
Hal Turner stalked in front of Kingston High School with his neo-Nazi supporters in 2005, tossing white-power taunts at counter-demonstrators.

That was just part of his legacy. He railed against President Bush and Jews, too. He handed out the private addresses of New Jersey Supreme Court justices.

But some government agencies are OK if you work for them — and Turner apparently did.

He was an FBI informant, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, a group that monitors hate groups and extremists.

According to the center, hackers confronted Turner on his Web site Jan. 1 and told him they had broken into Turner's computer server.

What they found were e-mails between Turner and an FBI agent who was apparently Turner's handler. The unidentified hackers posted a July 7 e-mail to the agent. In it, Turner gave the agent a message from someone threatening to kill Sen. Russ Feingold, Democrat of Wisconsin, the center said in a story on its Web site, www.splcenter.org.

"Once again," Turner wrote to the agent, "my fierce rhetoric has served to flush out a possible crazy."

When the e-mails hit a neo-Nazi Web site, Turner shut down his own Web site. "I hereby separate from the "pro-White" movement. I will no longer involve myself in any aspect of it," Turner said.

Yesterday, Turner said the only thing he can say about the FBI allegation is "no comment." The FBI hasn't commented, either.

The center's Mark Potok didn't object to the FBI's use of informants in general. "There is no question these are groups in many, many cases that really do need infiltrating, but ... this goes way over the line. It is like a game of Russian roulette and we are the bait."

Kingston Mayor Jim Sottile was dumbfounded by the revelation of Turner's FBI informant status. "You can't make this stuff up," the mayor said.

Maybe Turner was acting all the time, Sottile said. "But it wasn't an act when he had this whole community in an uproar and cost us $80,000."

Still Doubtful About Ron Paul...

Still Doubtful About Ron Paul…

Well…the news just keeps coming and coming, doesn’t it. In the wake of James Kirchick of The New Republic reporting on the now infamous newsletters bearing Ron Paul’s name and, in some cases, signature, it seems that researchers and bloggers are unearthing even more information lending more and more credibility to the ties that bind Dr. Paul to extremists around the country.

Dave Neiwert has the latest:

The clearing view of Ron Paul
Wednesday, January 16, 2008

– by Dave

Well, we’ve been saying all along that Ron Paul’s presidential campaign — which is charged up enough with very public xenophobia as it is — is attracting white supremacists and other extremists in large droves because, largely, that’s who Ron Paul is.

Clearly, more people are coming to realize this, thanks in no small part to Jamie Kirchick’s superb reporting in The New Republic last week on Paul’s long history of publishing newletters riddled with racism, homophobia, and conspiracy-mongering. Kirchick has a follow-up this week with even more newsletters, and as he observes at the TNR blog:

At this point, it seems that the only people still defending Ron Paul are the openly bigoted or the comically credulous. For the former, the revelation that Paul had (at best, negligent at worst, complicit) involvement in the publishing of and profiting from paranoid and bigoted newsletters for over two decades neatly confirms the reasons why they had chosen to support the Texas Congressman presidential campaign in the first place. For the latter, no amount of evidence will ever convince them that “Dr. No” is anything less than some saintly, “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” caricature.

Now comes the revelation that one of Paul’s organizers in Michigan — a man he’s seen posing with in the photo below, located on the michigan4ronpaul.com site — is also a notorious neo-Nazi and Klan organizer in that neck of the woods.

Phenry at DailyKos (who has been doing a bang-up job tracking Paul all along) has the details:

As voters in Michigan go to the polls to vote in today’s primary, volunteer coordinators for the Republican and Democratic presidential candidates are working hard across the state. One of these is Randy Gray, a 29-year-old resident of Midland, Michigan whom the Ron Paul 2008 Michigan Campaign Web site lists as the Midland County coordinator for the Ron Paul campaign. Gray’s campaign profile page, a cached version of which can be seen here, doesn’t go into much detail; there’s a picture of Gray with the candidate, along with Gray’s statement that “I support Ron Paul because he is in the fight for freedom.” The page contains no mention of one of Gray’s other roles: organizer with the Knight’s Party faction of the Ku Klux Klan.

Modest Mouse goes on to detail this:

Randy Gray is referenced in our Far Right in West Michigan Database due to a speech he delivered at the fiftieth anniversary of the Knight’s Party faction of the Ku Klux Klan…. Since 2005, Gray has filed the paperwork necessary to air the program “This is the Klan” on Midland Community Television. The program, hosted by Thomas Robb and Rachel Pendergraft, is a thirty minute program designed primarily for viewing on the Internet….

Gray has attended various racist events with and without the Ku Klux Klan in recent years as well. He is quoted in a May 2004 article in the Tennessean in which the Ku Klux Klan planned a rally against a “Gay Day” event at the “Dollywood” theme park…. Gray was twice (1, 2) kicked out of city council meetings for protesting the city’s permitting process in relation to a Klan protest against the Martin Luther King holiday.

There’s also a video of Gray speaking at that white-power rally in Tennessee:

Transcript:

… [S]o many of these savages, according to our statistics, they’re murdering our people, on a daily basis, and there’s nobody in our legal system that would dare say, “Bring back the rope! Bring back the electric chair!” Instead, they take our tax dollars and they feed these animals at the cost of our race!

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, you have been lied to about diversity and multiculturalism. The immigration crisis that’s being pushed upon us by the race traitors of Washington, D.C. — they don’t care about our people, they’re too concerned about the homosexual rights! They’re too worred about protecting the rights of the Highlander communist school in New Market, Tennessee, that pushes this immigration, this race problem in our nation today — comes right out of the communist school. It was closed down originally in 1960 by the state of Tennessee, but they are in New Market, Tennessee, and we were up there yesterday taking photo pictures…

THE PRICE OF FREE SPEECH?

THE PRICE OF FREE SPEECH…
Posted on January 17, 2008 by nicolen | Edit
Feedom of speech is cherished in this country, as it should be. Most people who are sane, rational, educated, and imbued with a modicum of integrity realize that with such rights there comes a certain degree of responsibility. However, when those who fall short in any of those areas decide to wave a banner and orate from a dais or tree stump we can expect there is a cost to the rest of us.

That cost may be extracted in the form of hurt feelings, civil or racial unrest, bruised psyches, and yes…even dollars. The following article appeared in the City Pulse in Lansing, Michigan and demonstrates the inherent dangers of racism and racist reasoning as well as the cost to others when administrators are hamstrung between the rock and a hard place. Black Hats on Campus
Written by David Holthouse
Wednesday, 16 January 2008
Preston Wiginton is one busy neo-Nazi.

In October 2005, he won the “Strongest Skinhead” contest at Hammerfest, a racist skinhead festival in Draketown, Ga., where he announced that he was organizing secret paramilitary training in preparation for the coming race war. In the following days, Wiginton posted more than 300 messages to the white nationalist online forum Stormfront, writing in one that “beating down a mud,” or non-white, is a “righteous act of collective preservation.”

Since then, Wiginton has continued to appear at white supremacist events across the United States — and abroad, too. Just this Nov. 4, Wiginton spoke to a crowd of 5,000 Russian ultranationalists at a Moscow rally against non-white immigration that included calls for Serbian-style ethnic cleansing. Waving his black cowboy hat, the Victoria, Texas, resident said, “I’m taking my hat off as a sign of respect for your strong identity in ethnicity, nation and race.” The audience responded with Nazi salutes and chants of “White power!” in English.

But Wiginton, ever the activist, has not neglected smaller venues. A mere 10 days before the Moscow rally, Wiginton served as master of ceremonies at an appearance in East Lansing, by British Holocaust denier Nick Griffin, the national chairman of the white supremacist British National Party.

This time, Wiginton’s venue was not a skinhead keg party, backwoods cross burning or neo-Nazi rally on foreign soil. It was a lecture hall on the campus of Michigan State University.

Kyle Bristow (far right) and four other members of YAF-MSU (who declined to be identified) protesting Sen. McCain’s appearance Sunday at the Kellogg Center over his position on illegal immigration (E.J. Jocque/City Pulse).
Wiginton, 43, is not a Michigan State University student. He’s not an alumnus or a faculty member, either. But he is chummy with MSU junior Kyle Bristow, the 21-year-old chairman of the Michigan State University chapter of Young Americans for Freedom, or MSU-YAF — the only university student organization in the country listed as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Acting in collusion with elder white supremacists like Wiginton, and with the financial and logistical support of a major conservative foundation, Bristow and a handful of cronies have roiled their campus and the surrounding community by hosting speakers like Griffin, issuing vicious homophobic and racist insults, and staging publicity stunts masked as political demonstrations that seem inspired in equal parts by the movie “Animal House” and the Hitler Youth.

“He’s become a divisive force,” former MSU-YAF member Kari Lynn Jaksa, an MSU junior who describes herself as a Republican with strong libertarian leanings, says of Bristow. “Frankly, he’s embarrassing.”

A YAF a Minute
In November 2006, MSU-YAF organized a “Straight Power” demonstration in downtown Lansing to protest a proposed local civil rights ordinance (which passed unanimously) protecting gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and transgener individuals from discrimination on the basis of their sexual orientation. YAF members carried signs that read “End Faggotry” and “Go Back in the Closet.”

Also last year, Bristow and Wiginton co-administered two racist online groups — “True American Patriot” and “Jobs a White Man Won’t Do” — within the Facebook social network. (The pair also share a fondness for black cowboy hats. Bristow wore his while anti-racist protesters outside the MSU building where Griffin spoke on Oct. 26 beat a piñata effigy of Griffin with sticks.)

MSU-YAF has since cosponsored a “Catch an Illegal Immigrant Day” contest, held a “Koran Desecration” competition, jokingly threatened to distribute smallpox-infested blankets to Native American students, and posted “Gays Spread AIDS” fliers across campus.

Last spring, when the MSU leftist group Students for Economic Justice hosted a lecture by a Colombian labor organizer detailing allegations of union busting and murder by the owners of Coca-Cola bottling plants in South America, Bristow and his minions jeered, waved American flags and conspicuously guzzled from large bottles of Coke while the speaker tearfully described witnessing his best friend being gunned down by paramilitary thugs.

“YAF’s ridiculous tactics are making all conservatives at MSU look bad,” Jaksa, an international relations major, told the Intelligence Report. “It’s gotten to the point where I hate to even say I’m a conservative anymore in class discussions or private conversations, because people automatically assume that I’m with Kyle Bristow. It’s important to me that people know there are sane conservatives on this campus. We’re not all racists and fascists.”

Jaksa said that when she joined MSU-YAF her freshman year, “It was basically just the action wing of the College Republicans.” Now, according to Jaksa and other sources, the College Republicans at MSU have asked Bristow to stop attending their meetings.

“We protested in favor of fiscal and social conservatism. We held demonstrations against liberal senators who voted a way on a bill that we didn’t agree with. But our agenda was very much what I could categorize as mainstream Republican,” Jaksa said. “That was before Kyle took it over [in spring 2006] and YAF went off the deep end.”

Friends in High Places
Despite its notoriety, MSU-YAF is widely supported by mainstream conservative politicians and power brokers in Michigan. The group was influential enough in rallying support for the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative — the deceptively named affirmative action ban that Michigan voters approved in 2006 — that MCRI Executive Director Jennifer Granz thanked MSU-YAF by name in her election night victory speech.

Last May 2, a few days after the SPLC named MSU-YAF a hate group — a move that received a great deal of public attention in the state — Michigan Republican Party Chairman Saul Anuzis endorsed MSU-YAF and defended Bristow on a talk radio show. “This [Bristow] is exactly the type of young kid we want out there,” Anuzis said. “I’ve known Kyle for years, and I can tell you I have never heard him say a racist or bigoted or sexist thing, ever.”

In fact, Bristow and his minions frequently single out and ridicule individual MSU gay, lesbian, and non-white students online, posting their photos and calling them “freaks,” “scum” and “savages.” Last September, Bristow criticized MSU’s decision to establish a Chicano/Latino Studies doctoral program in a news release headlined, “MSU Offers Doctorate in Savagery.”

And last March 31, roughly one month before Anuzis defended Bristow against accusations of bigotry, Bristow posted this comment on the MSU-YAF Web site: “If Christopher Columbus didn’t bring civilization to the Americas, the Indians would still be running through forests in loincloths, scalping each other, shoving bones through their noses, worshipping pagan gods, and spreading syphilis. Thank God Christopher Columbus put an end to this backward culture.”

Bristow politely refused a request to be interviewed for this article, saying that his “legal counsel” had advised him against such an interview because he’s considering legal action against the SPLC, which publishes the Intelligence Report, for defamation.
But there are some clues to his personality.

In a recent online dating profile, Bristow wrote that he plans to enroll in law school after he graduates from MSU in the fall of 2008 with a degree in international relations. Among his hobbies are “conservative politics,” “watching the History or Court TV channels,” “shooting my pellet gun” and “looking at my coin collection.”
Several MSU students who’ve been in classes with Bristow described him as a classmate who participated infrequently in seminar discussions, rarely asked questions and generally kept his political views to himself.

Jaksa, the former MSU-YAF member, said that she and Bristow hung out together quite a bit during their first year at MSU. “He was just a relaxed, normal kid at the beginning of our freshman year,” Jaksa said. “But then he underwent this odd transition. You know how most people, when they get to college, either move to the center or become more liberal in terms of their political beliefs? Well, Kyle did the opposite. It was like he kept moving farther and farther to the right to counterbalance all the people around him he saw moving to the left.”

Ted Madsen, another MSU international relations major who’s now in his junior year, said that he first met Bristow a few days after their freshman year began in the fall of 2005. “He struck me as very driven and very strait-laced,” recalled Madsen. “He was quite vocal about the fact that he was against drinking and smoking but, all in all, he was a fairly likeable guy.”

Bristow in Power
In spring 2006, shortly after he assumed control of MSU-YAF, Bristow ran unopposed and was elected to represent James Madison College — the college attended by all international relations majors — on the Associated Students of Michigan State University, or ASMSU, the university’s student government body.

Just before the academic year ended, Bristow posted his 13-point agenda online. It included these goals: “Hunt down illegal immigrants in the Lansing area and have them deported”; “Eliminate funding for all non-heterosexual student organizations”; “Create a Caucasian Caucus and give them representation on the ASMSU”; and “Eliminate representation to ASMSU for all of the following groups: Alliance of LGBT [lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender] Students; the Arab Cultural Society; the Black Council; the International Students Association; the Women’s Council; the North American Indigenous Student Organization,” and practically every other non-white, non-heterosexual, or non-Christian student group at MSU.

“I was outraged when I saw it,” said Madsen. “I told him, ‘Your agenda of hate has got to stop, Kyle.’ He’s used that phrase repeatedly in a mocking fashion since.”

Madsen gave Bristow a choice: “Either resign and apologize to the James Madison community for fouling our name, or be removed from office.” Bristow did not resign and did not apologize. It took Madsen and his supporters only two days to gather enough signatures on a recall petition to force a vote, which took place in the fall of 2006, at the beginning of Bristow’s sophomore year. Ninety-six percent of the James Madison students who cast ballots voted to recall Bristow. He was forced to relinquish his seat on the ASMSU.

“I don’t regret it [leading the recall effort], although I do realize that his being recalled only further marginalized and radicalized Kyle to the point where he’s become a joke to many people,” said Madsen. “YAF is routinely ridiculed and mocked on campus, but what many people who refuse to take Kyle seriously may not realize is that Kyle believes all press coverage is good coverage, and while 10,000 people who read what he has to say will be disgusted, one or two will be intrigued. He’s using the media coverage to reach those one or two people at a time and that’s what concerns me about YAF, because what he’s articulating is dangerous.”

The University’s Role
Whatever its potential harm to society, MSU-YAF’s offensive antics have pinned university administrators between the rock of protecting free speech and the hard place of encouraging multiculturalism. For now MSU-YAF remains a registered and officially sanctioned student organization, meaning it’s entitled to certain benefits, including the free use of MSU facilities and university accounting services.

MSU also has to pay for security at YAF events, which invariably draw heated protests. Last April, for example, the university shelled out $3,780 to rent metal detectors for one night to place at every entrance to a YAF-sponsored lecture by nativist extremist leader Chris Simcox, founder of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, a border vigilante group.

Simcox was introduced to an unruly crowd by Jason Van Dyke, a neo-Confederate lawyer based in Denton, Texas. Van Dyke once attended MSU but did not graduate. By his own account, he was kicked out in 2000 after being arrested for domestic violence, possession of a banned weapon and firearm safety violations. (Van Dyke said he was merely transporting a rifle across campus on the first day of hunting season.) Also, according to Van Dyke, MSU police found extremist literature, including the race war fantasy novel The Turner Diaries and the anti-Semitic Protocols of the Elders of Zion, in his on-campus residence.

When he attended MSU, Van Dyke was a hotly controversial columnist for the State News, an MSU student newspaper. Now, like a former high school football star haunting his old campus, trying to relive the glory days, Van Dyke posts daily rah-rah messages on the MSU-YAF Web site and often travels to East Lansing for MSU-YAF happenings. He and Bristow often wear matching black cowboy hats.

When MSU-YAF held its “Koran Desecration” contest last August, Van Dyke offered this entry: “I would catch Osama Bin Laden and then take a power drill and hollow out a section of the Koran as he was forced to watch. After doing this, I would cut Osama Bin Laden’s genitals off with a rusty hacksaw, place them in the hollowed-out Koran, wrap it in an American flag infected with smallpox, and send the whole package directly to Mecca.”

Van Dyke was equally statesmanlike at the Simcox lecture, which was initially attended by about 40 Simcox supporters and about 100 anti-Simcox protesters, many if not most of them Latino MSU students. Addressing the protesters, Van Dyke said: “Remember, the First Amendment gives you the right to use four-letter words. So I have two more words for you: ‘work’ and ‘soap.’”

Already tense, the situation in the lecture hall erupted. Protesters banged on seats and shouted angrily, preventing Simcox from speaking. MSU police arrested five demonstrators and cleared the room of anyone they perceived to be anti-Simcox, which included virtually all Latinos. This in turn led to allegations of racial profiling, since the campus police officers allowed white protesters to stay.

One week after the Simcox event, a group of 11 students filed a formal complaint with the MSU Office for Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives. They accused MSU-YAF of violating the university’s anti-discrimination policy, which prohibits the bias-motivated harassment of any “University community member” but includes this caveat: “These prohibitions are not intended to abridge University community members’ rights of free expression or other civil rights.”

The complaint filed against MSU-YAF accuses the group of “systematically — as a matter of regular organization practice — targeting groups and individuals for harassment, intimidation and public ridicule.”

University officials declined to discuss the complaint with the Intelligence Report, citing a pending investigation.

Behind the YAF Brand
Young Americans for Freedom was originally a centralized organization of rabidly anti-communist university student groups created in 1960 by National Review founder William F. Buckley. The original incarnation of YAF was also strictly opposed to the civil rights movement and, in 1962, gave its first annual Freedom Award to segregationist South Carolina Sen. Strom Thurmond.

YAF remained active nationwide through the 1980s, but is now essentially moribund. The YAF national headquarters Web page consists of a notice of sadness at the “recent news” of Ronald Reagan’s death, which occurred in June 2004. Now, Young Americans for Freedom is basically just a brand name for radical right-wing student activism, taking form as a loose and decentralized network of campus chapters, each one appearing to act independently.

In fact, the YAF brand is being co-opted and promoted by the Leadership Institute, a hard-line conservative nonprofit organization based in Arlington, Va., that is dedicated, according to its mission statement, to “identifying, recruiting, training and placing conservatives within the public policy process in the U.S. and abroad.” Republican National Committee executive committee member Morton Blackwell — who orchestrated a campaign against Anita Hill at the University of Oklahoma after she came forward with sexual harassment allegations against then-Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas — founded the Leadership Institute in 1979 and is still its president. Major donors include the Coors Foundation and Rich DeVos, founder of the troubled Amway multilevel marketing firm.

Christian Coalition founder Ralph Reed and disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff were both trained by the Leadership Institute, as was Jeff Gannon, the fake White House news correspondent who lobbed softball questions for President Bush from 2003 until 2005. That’s when it was revealed that Gannon had been a gay prostitute before attending the Leadership Institute Broadcast School of Journalism, after which he somehow obtained White House press credentials as a reporter for “Talon News,” Gannon’s one-man operation.

Bristow and Van Dyke both interned at the Leadership Institute last summer. There are currently more than 20 YAF organizations on campuses across the country, most of them started in the past five years by Leadership Institute-trained activists. (The Campus Leadership Program division of the Leadership Institute, according to its Web site, “fosters permanent, effective, conservative student organizations on college campuses across America.”) MSU-YAF is by far the most radical. Its most recent event, the lecture by British National Party Chairman Nick Griffin, was promoted by overtly white supremacist organizations including the American Renaissance newsletter, the Council of Conservative Citizens, and Stormfront. Attending the Griffin lecture incognito were members of the European-American Unity and Rights Organization, a white nationalist group founded by former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke, as well as members of the Keystone State Skinheads and the National Alliance, both neo-Nazi organizations that promote violence against non-whites, non-heterosexuals and Jews.

The only violence surrounding the Griffin event, however, was directed at MSU-YAF when a handful of its members were chased by an angry mob of anti-racist activists afterward. Bristow claimed members of the mob were carrying baseball bats and pieces of lumber. No injuries were reported.

Demeaning MSU?
MSU President Lou Anna Simon has been fairly tight-lipped on the ongoing MSU-YAF controversy. Reacting to the MSU-YAF sponsored “Catch an Illegal Immigrant Day” back in September 2006, Simon chided MSU-YAF for sponsoring an event she described as “demeaning to individuals and to the values of Michigan State University.”
But Oct. 25, the day before Griffin’s lecture, Simon issued a statement making it clear that putting up with racist propaganda is the price that a university must pay if it is committed to free speech.

“A university should be an open marketplace for the free exchange of ideas,” Simon said. “There are individuals who speak at campus events whose rhetoric and ideas I find reprehensible, and although I may not appreciate their positions, I do respect their right to share their views. The more extreme the view, in either direction, the more it tests us.

“Although we may disagree with one another’s positions, we must respect the rights of individuals to express their positions without fear of intimidation or physical harm. … Acts intended to prohibit the free speech rights of any individual or group, such as destroying informational materials, preventing access to an event, or shouting down a speaker do not support this philosophy and undermine our efforts to encourage robust intellectual discourse.”

MSU student Claudia Gonzalez experienced Bristow’s favorite mode of discourse first-hand when she participated in a protest outside an MSU-YAF event featuring anti-immigration hardliner Tom Tancredo, a Republican congressman from Colorado. “He [Bristow] came up to me and told me, ‘The one thing I’m most proud of is that my granddaddy stole Aztlan from your granddaddy,’” Gonzalez said.

Shortly after that exchange, MSU-YAF named Gonzalez “Leftist Freak of the Year” and posted her photo online. A few days later, the San Bernardino, Calif.-based hate group Save Our State posted her home address, phone number and parents’ home address, along with the message, “Please go and express your views.”

“I don’t feel completely safe on campus or at my home anymore because of YAF,” Gonzalez said. “And neither do a lot of other students of color and GLBT students, because YAF is clearly networking with these other hate groups, and they’re basically issuing an open invitation to skinheads and [anti-immigration] vigilantes and Nazis to come to MSU, who otherwise would never step foot on campus. … If it weren’t for YAF, MSU wouldn’t be on the hate group radar. But now it is.”

THE NEW REPUBLIC PUBLISHES MORE ON RON PAUL

The New Republic’s James Kirchick has been relentless in his documentation of the racism, bigotry, and aberrant thought processes of Ron Paul’s earlier years. Today, The New Republic published more of the newsletters bearing Dr. Paul’s name and, suspected, approval.

Interestingly, Lew Rockwell’s name does appear as editor on one of the “Investment Letters”, while Ron Paul is listed as editor on another. Additionally, there are many items in all of the publications previously published, as well as those which have been presented today, which demonstrate that Dr. Paul must have had knowledge of the content and even contributed to. I will be working to pull all of that together in the next article.

Paul’s campaign is suffering as many of his white nationalist and white supremacist supporters are taking issue with an announcement that another “Money Bomb” is planned for Martin Luther King Day. David Duke, who never passes up an opportunity to capitalize financially is encouraging those on Stormfront to send their money to him, declaring it a “David Duke - My Awakening Money Bomb.” At the same time, he is telling all of his fans to vote for Dr. Paul as he is “the only game in town,” for white nationalists.

THE RON PAUL REVULSION PART II

THE RON PAUL REVULSION - PART II

By Nicole Nichols

I've never been much of a fan of soap operas, people who try to put words in my mouth, or those who are incessantly trying to convert me to something that I would never be able to embrace. I don't much care for superficial people or those who hide behind the label of "Christian" while beating their wives, lying to the public, and generally being all around assholes. What I really can't stand, however, are wolves in sheep's clothing - especially those seeking positions of power - enter Ron Paul.

Last November, I wrote the first "Ron Paul Revulsion" article which has been widely read and cited on the internet. In that article I exposed some of the close connections of Paul with the racist movement and promised another installment.

As I write, the Iowa Caucus and the New Hampshire Primary are over. Now, Ron Paul has a passel of bucks, and his supporters have become increasingly aggressive in furthering his campaign. Yet, the "Dr. No" of the House of Representatives has yet to break into double digits in the polls, and only pulled 10% of the vote out of the Hawkeye State and 8% of New Hampshire's votes. Go figure.

A couple of nights ago, I watched the Republican debates out of South Carolina and could not help but laugh at the stammering and often off-topic answers given by Ron Paul. Several have raised the question, "Why is he even there?"

He's there because his rabid supporters, with their gang-like mentality, throw such huge tantrums, and use mob tactics to insure his participation and because there are some very heavy hitters on the extreme right who are supporting him and throwing their weight around. And...because we happen to be a nation that believes in freedom of speech and equal opportunities for all no matter how whacked out they might be.

Now you may ask why I would even care about Paul who doesn't appear to have a prayer of winning the Republican nomination for President of the United States. You may question why we, at Citizens Against Hate and Eye On Hate have devoted so much air and print time to a probable "also-ran." So…I'm going to clear that up right now.

While Paul may not reach the brass ring, he is still a person in a position of power. He still has a constituency and he still has the ability to influence policy making in this country. Additionally, there are many young people who have been impacted by his campaign.

Under normal circumstances, I would be delighted to see our young voters getting involved with the process, but these are not "normal circumstances." As a matter of fact, these are troubling times and Ron Paul and his handlers are attempting to capitalize on that. They are, in my opinion, trying to exploit the misery that this nation has felt for the last seven years. They are preying on the worries and fears of the American people while running their own heinous agenda in the background.

You see, if Ron Paul were to be elected President of the United States of America, the favors he would have to grant to those paving the way, might not be exactly what the American people have in mind for the future. Many of his supporters who are currently working so diligently behind the scenes are either unaware of his "ties," or in complete denial. They are always quick to denounce such claims as "lies made up to smear a good man." They deny any such thoughts as they blindly follow the man they really want to believe in…as their rose colored glasses hide the ugly truth.

This past Tuesday, James Kirchick, an assistant editor at The New Republic, dropped a bombshell on Ron Paul and his supporters. In an article written by Kirchick, even more ties to individuals and organizations on the extremist right were unveiled along with, not only quotes, but the complete articles straight from the elusive, early newsletters by Ron Paul. Those articles have cast a giant pall over the campaign of the presidential hopeful.

In wading through the documentation provided by Mr. Kirchick, it became very evident that Ron Paul is in bed with, and has been in bed with some very nasty extremists. These documents, along with information that is now forthcoming from libertarians themselves, who do not wish to see their party tarnished by and of this, clearly and solidly place Paul in a whole other realm of political craziness.

I have been tracking and monitoring extremists within American society for a good number of years. The very possibility, regardless of how remote, that someone with such ties just might hoodwink enough people to be voted into the highest office in the nation is truly chilling.

According to Kirchick:

"To understand Paul's philosophy, the best place to start is probably the Ludwig von Mises Institute, a libertarian think tank based in Auburn, Alabama. The institute is named for a libertarian Austrian economist, but it was founded by a man named Lew Rockwell, who also served as Paul's congressional chief of staff from 1978 to 1982. Paul has had a long and prominent association with the institute, teaching at its seminars and serving as a "distinguished counselor." The institute has also published his books.

"The politics of the organization are complicated--its philosophy derives largely from the work of the late Murray Rothbard, a Bronx-born son of Jewish immigrants from Poland and a self-described "anarcho-capitalist" who viewed the state as nothing more than "a criminal gang"--but one aspect of the institute's worldview stands out as particularly disturbing: its attachment to the Confederacy. Thomas E. Woods Jr., a member of the institute's senior faculty, is a founder of the League of the South, a secessionist group, and the author of The Politically Incorrect Guide to American History, a pro-Confederate, revisionist tract published in 2004. Paul enthusiastically blurbed Woods's book, saying that it "heroically rescues real history from the politically correct memory hole." Thomas DiLorenzo, another senior faculty member and author of The Real Lincoln: A New Look at Abraham Lincoln, His Agenda, and an Unnecessary War, refers to the Civil War as the "War for Southern Independence" and attacks "Lincoln cultists"; Paul endorsed the book on MSNBC last month in a debate over whether the Civil War was necessary (Paul thinks it was not). In April 1995, the institute hosted a conference on secession at which Paul spoke; previewing the event, Rockwell wrote to supporters, "We'll explore what causes [secession] and how to promote it." Paul's newsletters have themselves repeatedly expressed sympathy for the general concept of secession. In 1992, for instance, the Survival Report argued that "the right of secession should be ingrained in a free society" and that "there is nothing wrong with loosely banding together small units of government. With the disintegration of the Soviet Union, we too should consider it.""

It is important to remember that Dr. Paul labels himself a "Strict Constitutionalist," and as such maneuvers through all of the political ramblings in Congress to determine the Constitutionality of each bill proposed. Thus, Paul considers himself to be a patriotic American in the truest sense of the phrase. Yet, as late as 1995, Ron Paul supported the break-up of the nation governed by that same Constitution.

It is little wonder that Paul has garnered an endorsement from the League of the South, a nefarious neo-Confederate group whose members often embrace the Sons of Confederate Veterans, who also endorse Paul and in which Paul has been an honorary member for the past twelve years. The membership in both of these organizations also often overlap with the Council of Conservative Citizens, a hate group which is also behind Paul and on whose radio program, "Political Cesspool," Paul has appeared.

The League of the South grew out of the Southern League and boasts about 10,000 members. Michael Hill is the President of the League of the South. After the September 11, attacks on this country Hill is reported to have called them "the natural fruits of a regime committed to multiculturalism and diversity."

Hill claims that the League wants an "independent nation." As a matter of fact, they have an ongoing petition for secession on their website. Additionally, when Hill was asked where black people might fit into this Southern Nation, his response was. "Southern culture under attack today is the Anglo-Celtic culture of the South . . . People should be free to socialize or not socialize within or without various ethnic groups with no government intervention." That sounds a lot like some of Ron Paul's answers.

Another close ally to the neo-Confederates is Charley Reese. Reese is a favorite at League events. He writes a column which is published in the Orlando Sentinel and at kingonline. Reese is a Christian Reconstructionist who made the following comments in one of his articles:

"The scriptural condemnation of homosexual behavior is explicit and unavoidable. The fact that the Rev. Gene Robinson paraded around the convention with his partner on his arm says about everything you would want to know about liberal Episcopalians."

"Had the liberals been born in another time, they would have tripped over each other in a rush to kiss the rear end of the Roman emperor. No martyrs they."

Thomas Fleming is President of the paleo-conservative "think tank" The Rockford Institute which has been highly supportive of Pat Buchannan in the past. The monthly magazine, edited by Fleming, "Chronicles: A Magazine of American Culture," is written toward a more scholarly White Nationalist audience and until his death, featured articles by both Sam Francis as well as Fleming.

Thomas Fleming has gone so far as to characterize the 19th Century Ku Klux Klan as a "national liberation army." Given his association with the likes of Pat Buchanan that comment isn't too surprising. Fleming is also a favorite among the League of the South.

Kirk Lyons - an extremist with a law degree. In the past, Lyons has been directly involved with people like Adreas Strassmier, Timothy McVeigh, and Dennis Mahon, all complicit in the Oklahoma City Bombing case. He is a disciple of Louis Beam. Lyons has devoted his practice to representing those on the racist right.

A one-time member of the National Alliance, Lyons developed what is now called the Southern Legal Resource Center. His intention is for the SLRC to be be the racist right's answer to the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Lyons frequents events held by the Council of Conservative Citizens, the League of the South and recently ran (unsuccessfully) for the leadership of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. In the past, Lyons has attempted to deny ties or membership with the National Alliance, but finally gave it up when documents started to surface proving him a complete and utter liar.

He, along with Neill Payne, were both married in a double wedding ceremony by none other than Richard Butler, now deceased leader of the Aryan Nations. They were married on the Aryan Nations compound in Idaho.

These are but a few examples of the neo-Confederates who currently contribute to the League of South and other neo-Confederate groups that are backing and supporting Dr. Paul and, make no mistake, Ron Paul supports them and favors them with his presence and his speeches.

Within that realm, there also resides a common thread which has even further reaches into militant extremism as well as deep pockets. The Christian Patriot Movement and the militia movement have much in common, and Ron Paul is friends of both.

Christian Patriots are generally Protestant fundamentalists, and are decidedly apocalyptic in either ascribing to the second coming of Christ, or believing in the revocation of the Constitution, the implementation of martial law, and the revoking of all liberties. Some adhere to the Christian Identity doctrine which considers itself to be a religion for white people who are superior and the true "chosen" people. Many are conspiracy theorist.

In general, Christian Patriots are strict constructionists, that is, they strictly interpret the Constitution of the United States, just like Ron Paul. They are closely associated with the tax protestors and hold to the same ideals, often encouraging others to stop paying taxes and providing legal authority on their belief that the Sixteenth Amendment is illegitimate. They hold the Federal Reserve in contempt and advocate for a return to the Gold Standard - just like Ron Paul.

Presidential hopeful, Ron Paul, caters to the Christian Patriots and to the militia-minded individuals and has done so for years. While during the debates in South Carolina on January 10th, Paul claimed to no longer hold to his previous conspiracy theory beliefs, he still maintains a strong support base from those who do hold those views. Among the tax-protestors, neo-Confederates, and Christian Patriots, Paul is revered for his stands on states rights, abolition of the IRS, return to the gold standard, individual liberties, and revocation of affirmative action.

Chuck Baldwin is a Christian Patriot and militia advocate out of Pensacola, Florida. As Pastor of the Crossroads Baptist Church, Baldwin hosts a weekly radio show and writes columns for his website and for the anti-immigration and racist website VDARE. Baldwin is a huge supporter of Ron Paul. Virulently supportive of gun owners rights, Baldwin recently told his congregation "...to help keep your family safe and your country free, go buy a gun."

To put all of this in the proper perspective, Chuck Baldwin, in the early 1980's was the Florida state chairman of the Moral Majority organized by Jerry Falwell. However, he considered George H. W. Bush "too liberal" and eventually left the Republican Party and joined the Constitution Party. In the 2004 U.S. presidential election, Baldwin was Michael Peroutka's running mate and candidate for Vice President of the United States. The two ran on a platform of "God, Family, and Republic." The Peroutka/Baldwin campaign publicly spoke out against abortion, women in the military, and the Iraq War.

Baldwin believes in a "global elite" which plans on bringing "the rebellious colonists under their power and control." Railing against this "global elite," Baldwin claims:

"2010 seems to be a banner year for these designers of despotism. That is the target year for the implementation of the North American Community, which will unite the United States with Canada and Mexico. The global elite suffered a minor set-back when the U.S. Senate failed to pass the Bush/McCain/Kennedy/Graham amnesty-for-illegal-aliens bill. But if you think that George W. Bush is going to let that bill lie on the floor of defeat, you don't understand these people. President Bush will do everything he can to implement some kind of amnesty law before he leaves office. I would not be surprised if he attempted some sort of Executive Order or Presidential Directive in order to accomplish it. You see, it is absolutely essential to the designers of despotism that our southern border be eliminated. Absolutely essential.

"Yes, I am saying it: George W. Bush is part of the global elite that seeks America's entrance into an international New World Order. In fact, all of the "top tier" presidential candidates from both major parties will offer zero resistance to this obstinate oligarchy. That is why it will not matter to a hoot in Hades if it is Hillary, Obama, Edwards, Giuliani, Romney, Gingrich, or Thompson who is elected. (Forget McCain; his presidential goose is cooked.)

"About the only presidential contenders who seem to have a spirit of resistance to these scheming scoundrels are men such as Ron Paul, Duncan Hunter, and Tom Tancredo. Forgive me for saying it, but while Mike Huckabee and Sam Brownback seem to be nice guys and may not be directly involved in this collection of crafty clowns, they appear to be either too naïve to understand their subterfuge or too weak to oppose it. The result is the same either way.

Baldwin's public advocacy for militia groups is long-standing. In a 1995, state-by-state report furnished by the Anti-Defamation League, it was stated:

"In Pensacola, militias are promoted by Chuck Baldwin, the pastor of Crossroads Baptist Church. Baldwin hosts a radio show on the Christian Patriot Network and invites listeners to call in: "We're talking about citizens' militias, federal government's encroachment on individual rights, New World Order, United Nations, gun control, it's all related." Militias are also promoted on the public access channel in Alachua County, which airs a pro-militia video produced by the North Florida Patriot Association."

While Baldwin may seem a little extreme, especially for a man of the cloth, Clay Douglas embodies the real extreme of the militant and extremist, whacked-out, head-case of the militia-minded set. And...guess what? He supports Ron Paul.

Clay Douglas publishes a militia magazine entitled "Free American," and has been under the close scrutiny of law-enforcement for years. The magazine pretty well speaks for Douglas with it's survivalist tips and it's anti-Semitic rantings. Douglas is a paranoid conspiracy theorist who rails against the "New World Order," and claims that drugs are all part of a government plot. He served seven years in prison back in the 1970's for possession.

Douglas airs an early morning radio show where he touts the virtues of Ron Paul while speaking about a UN takeover, the New World Order, and other, often anti-Semitic, conspiracy theories.

A few years ago, Clay Douglas made it to the Southern Poverty Law Center's "40 To Watch" list. This was not too surprising since Douglas had been blasting the SPLC and its' founder, Morris Dees, for years. According to the Center, "He sold tracts of the anti-Semitic Christian Identity theology at his November 2002 expo in Georgia and, this May, blamed Jews for the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks while attending a conference put on by Media Bypass, another anti-Semitic magazine."

In his own defense, Douglas states the following on his website:

"He [Douglas] believes that all Americans of all races and religion should stand together, be proud of their race and practice their religion without fear, harassment, or discrimination.

"To prevent this message from reaching and striking a chord among the majority of Americans, these foreign controlled organizations and their corporate backers have tried to demonize, denounce and silence him by slandering him, intimidation of advertisers and distributors with false charges of Racism and anti-Semitism. It is not anti-Semitic to expose and try to stop a criminal organization trying to seize control of your nations resources, currency, manpower, with the intent of using those resources to dominate and enslave other countries. This is the stated goals expressed in the Protocols of the Learned Elders Of Zion and being carried out by the plans such as the Project of the New American Century and the North American Community in the US, implemented and staffed by the NeoCons in Washington, just as the Bolsheviks infiltrated Russia, killed the Czar and his family, formed the Soviet Union and subsequently killed more than 50 million Russians before joining two other Communist dominated countries to go after the German people. Who Killed the Jews in Germany? Hitler? The Nazis? Or the Zionists?"

In support of Ron Paul, Douglas claims, "IF AN ORGANIZATION REFUSES TO SUPPORT RON PAUL OR THE FREE AMERICAN, THEY ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A FALSE FLAG FRONT OR A SUBVERSIVE OPERATION!"

All wrapped up in this militia and Christian Patriot movement are the anti-tax people. In order to see the big picture, it is imperative that we understand that membership and support overlaps between all of these groups. The League of the South, the Sons of Confederate Veterans, the Council of Conservative Citizens, Christian Patriots, Christian Reconstructionists, Christian Identity, the Militia Movement, and the Anti-Tax Movement all mesh pretty well together when it comes to political ideology. All of these groups comprise a very large part of Ron Paul's support.

Robert Clarkson is a tax protestor out of South Carolina. Six years after graduating from law school, Clarkson was brought up on charges of preparing fraudulent tax returns and presenting false claims to the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Two years after that, Clarkson was disbarred.

After being convicted of several felonies, Clarkson was given five years probation which he violated and was then sent to federal prison. Shortly after being paroled, he was sent back to prison for violations of that parole. It just seemed that Robert Clarkson could not stay out of trouble.

In 1994, he started a group called the Carolina Patriots and taught classes on how to evade taxes. It wasn't long until he was caught and sent up on conspiracy charges and served almost five more years in prison.

Once released, Clarkson set up the "Patriot Network" where he held tax protestor meetings and sold books on how to avoid paying taxes.

Clarkson is still active today and is the subject of several court injunctions under which he is required to abide by certain requirements.

Featured prominently on the Patriotic Network website is the picture of Clarkson and Ron Paul together along with the following endorsement:

" AS many of you know, Congressman Ron Paul from Texas is one of the most conservative members of Congress and very sympathetic to the patriot's cause. Here we find Dr Robert Clarkson with Congressman Ron Paul in Columbia, SC at Libertarian-Patriot Banquet on April 2, 2004.

"If we stuck to the Constitution as written, we would have: no federal meddling in our schools; no Federal Reserve; no U.S. membership in the UN; no gun control; and no foreign aid. We would have no welfare for big corporations, or the "poor"; no American troops in 100 foreign countries; no NAFTA, GATT, or "fast-track"; no arrogant federal judges usurping states rights; no attacks on private property; no income tax . We could get rid of most of the cabinet departments, most of the agencies, and most of the budget. The government would be small, frugal, and limited." Congressman Ron Paul (1998)

Racists, neo-Nazi's, white-nationalists, neo-Confederates, secessionists, anti-government groups, anti-tax groups, Christian extremists and militias have all lined up behind presidential hopeful Ron Paul and the burning question has always been, and remains, "why?"

For the last few months we have had glimpses at the despicable comments that were printed in earlier Ron Paul newsletters. These comments were largely disparaging to African-American's and Jews. When questioned, Ron Paul always managed to side-step and, generally sweep them under the rug. Until, of course, James Kirchick made those documents and others public. Now, Ron Paul is forced into having to speak up and explain himself. The problem with that, as I see it, is that he can't.

Ron Paul is running as a "Libertarian-Republican" on the Republican ticket. He has long considered himself a Libertarian as he ran for President in 1988 for that party. Yet, I and others, have pointed out repeatedly that Ron Paul isn't a Libertarian. He does not meet that criteria. As a matter of fact, many libertarian leaders have been watching all of this unfold and cringing at the very thought that the unsavory writings in the newsletters and the equally unsavory characters being drawn to the Paul campaign might, somehow, taint the party. The Kirchik article sent them into damage control mode.

Paul brings his brand of libertarianism to voters from the Ludwig von Mesis Institute as noted above. The head of that Institute is Lew Rockwell who happens to be a very close friend of Paul's.

For the past several years, Rockwell has been publishing the works of those who can only be considered bigoted and often even racist. Branded a "paleolibertarian" by those active in the libertarian movement, Rockwell has been a loose cannon, to say the least. As testament to this, Steven Horwitz wrote the following on History News Network:

"What has surprised me, I must admit, is the fact that so many fairly prominent libertarian commenters are surprised by all of this. First of all, these newsletters have been brought up before, though perhaps not as many examples, nor as many really offensive ones. But more important, those of us who have been paying attention to the libertarian movement for the last 15 years knew that the paleo element was growing and was associated with all kinds of unsavory views from the ugly segment of the hard right. Did all of these supposed observers of the libertarian scene not pay attention to the appearances that Paul has made at all kinds of fringe events? Did they not pay attention to the links between people associated with Lew Rockwell and the Mises Institute (Paul's intellectual home) and racists, anti-Semites, Holocaust skeptics, homophobes, Confederacy praisers, and conspiracy theorists of all types, all of which have been ably discussed and documented by Right Watch and Tom Palmer, among others? Perhaps the under 35 crowd doesn't have the longer-run history that those of us in our 40s do.

"Those of us who have been paying attention knew of Ron Paul's first or second-hand association with all of these groups and we knew their odious ideas. We knew that people like Lew Rockwell were long-time associates of Ron Paul's and thus the recent speculation that his pen is prominent in those nasty newsletters comes as no surprise as well. (And, if true, explains why Ron Paul isn't naming names, as Rockwell is not just a "former aide" but a current advisor.) In my much commented-upon posts from last month, I tried to raise this warning flag in a more subtle way. My closing comment suggesting that the Paul campaign was not clearly a net benefit to libertarianism was my way of expressing precisely the fear that has now come home to roost and is so nicely captured by Balko: libertarians are going to have to spend more energy than ever explaining why we're not racists, etc. as we get linked to the nastiness in those newsletters. (Glen Whitman explains how a small sample problem can create this burden for libertarians. I think he's right, and these newsletters now make more people's "first contact" with libertarianism the sort that will make us have to climb uphill even more often.)

"Is there now any doubt about why Stormfront and KKK folks are supporting the Paul campaign? This is not an "accident" - his name has been used to cultivate their support, as these newsletters demonstrate. This is not guilt by association - it's reaping what was sown 15 years ago and since."

I agree that this is "not an accident." As the question continues to be put to Ron Paul, things seem to get even more unbelievable. When presented with the text and the quotes from the newsletters which contain homophobic, racist, sexist, and anti-Semitic remarks, Ron Paul denies not only writing them but of ever knowing about them. However, the evidence is mounting and it would say otherwise.

In a newsletter dated October 15, 1992, the following appeared...

"Car jacking is the hip-hop thing to do among urban youth who play unsuspecting whites like pianos."

That is followed by advise from others on how to avoid car-jacking. Then...

"I, frankly, don't know what to make of such advise, but even in my little town of Lake Jackson, Texas, I've urged everyone in my family to learn how to use a gun in self defense. For the animals are coming."

It is important to note that Ron Paul lives in Lake Jackson, Texas and has for years.

In the same interview, Ron Paul claims that all of this is only "coming up now for political reasons," and that libertarians are incapable of being racist.

When asked how it was possible that this kind of thing could go on for so many years, in Ron Paul's name, his response was quite disjointed but transcribes as follows:

"Well...well...I have no idea. Have you ever heard of a publisher of a magazine not knowing every single thing...the editor is responsible for the daily activities...and people came and gone and there were some people who were hired and I don't know any of their names. I do not, absolutely honestly, I do not know who wrote those things.

"But I do know there was a transition...there were changes around and...uh...to me, it's...it's been rehashed it's the politics of it all. If it were important enough why didn't the people in my district who've heard about them for at least 10 years or so it came up - and people believed me. Why don't you believe me and just say look it's in there, it's bad, I recognize that, I had a moral responsibility but it doesn't mean that you can, you know, indirectly charge me as being a racist. And that is being done, and yet I am the most anti-racist because I don't see people in collective groups because I practice...and you know...right know, even before this thing broke.
"Guess what is our next fund-raising day...our next super day...we raised 4 million one day - six on the next - the next one is on Martin Luther King holiday! I mean this is it! Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, and Gandhi...they're the heroes of mine in their practice of civil disobedience to try to get the burden of government off our backs."

Watching the video almost made me feel sorry for Dr. Paul - almost. It's never easy to have your skeletons unleashed from the closet - but to have it done so publicly has to be extremely painful.

If we are to believe the flailing and faltering Paul, he never wrote the articles, and he never read his newsletters. For years...Ron Paul would have us believe, racist, homophobic, and anti-Semitic rhetoric was published under his name, in his newsletter, with his banner heading - but he didn't know.

Initially, Ron Paul had made the assertion that the articles were written by a ghost writer and he didn't know what was being published. For the last couple of days, libertarians have been pointing their fingers at Lew Rockwell as the "ghost-writer" which would explain Paul's not wanting to spill the beans. To add validity to such a claim, Eric Dondero, former Senior Aide to Ron Paul, stepped forward and published the following:

American Libertarian

Paul campaign ends on Down note

(Page 6)

"The first clue that something was afoot was missed by everyone. Paul campaign chair Burt Blumert and Paul campaign ghostwriter and direct mail fundraiser Lew Rockwell, Jr. arrived along with Ron Paul in Houston for a pre-election Saturday rally unannounced and unexpected by the Houston Paul campaign office..."

Certainly, it matters greatly to the libertarian party who wrote the egregiously disgusting things in these newsletters and they are trying to distance themselves from the tarnish that all of this might bring to those associated with Paul and friends. However, I am not going to be quick to believe the claims of Paul's innocence in all of this.

In the December, 1990, newsletter - the one accusing Dr. Martin Luther King of seducing underage girls and boys - Dr. Ron Paul sends a holiday greeting which reads...

"My wife Carol, and our children and grandchildren, join me in wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. May we start to confound the plans of Trilateralists and other big government types, making America freer, and thus truer to her own heritage in 1991."

In an undated solicitation letter written to his constituents and signed by him, (which demands a whole lot more scrutiny and discussion), Ron Paul writes:

"I've been told not to talk, but these stooges do not scare me. Threats or no threats, I've laid bare the coming race war in our big cities. The federal-homosexual cover-up on AIDS (my training as a physician helps me see through this one). The Bohemian Grove--perverted, pagan playground of the powerful. Skull & Bones: the demonic fraternity that includes George Bush and leftist Senator John Kerry, Congress's Mr. New Money. The Israeli Lobby, which plays Congress like a cheap harmonica. And the Soviet-style "smartcard" the Justice Department has in mind for you."

So, according to those who believe Paul did not write these articles, the phrases "urban youth who play unsuspecting whites like pianos" and "who play Congress like a cheap harmonica" are not written by the same people? Additionally, we are to believe that references to an impending race-war and an AIDS cover-up do not represent Dr. Paul's views. Forgive me if I don't buy it.

Paul claims that he has taken "moral responsibility" for the articles. What the hell does that mean? Does it mean that his "morals" won't allow him to take real responsibility? Does it mean that he has prayed about it, confessed his sin and has nothing more to do with it? Or does it just make for a good sound-bite.

James Kirhcick has provided the articles in context for all to read - yet there are still those who question their authenticity as well as their authorship. Alas...there will always be those who are so blind they cannot see.

Ron Paul has been exposed - period. His supporters can spin it any way they want to, but their ride to Paulhalla is over. While having a candidate as repugnant as Paul is a real challenge to the Libertarian Party, and extremely unsettling to those of us who are searching for a leader, the real tragedy in all of this is that so many young people who have been awakened by the promise of real freedom have been awakened to something else altogether.

The youth in the Paul campaign have been energetically involved in the process. They have tirelessly worked on behalf of something that they really believed in only to learn that it was just a ruse...a lie. It is imperative that we, all of us, strive to keep them involved. Politics are dirty and frequently lay bare that which we would rather not see. But seeing is better than the alternative.

The very fact that Ron Paul and friends are planning a march and fund-raiser to commemorate that day should fly in the face of all those who see this for what it really is - an exploitation. But then, if you are Ron Paul and you have claimed Martin Luther King, Jr. as your hero - then no one will be the wiser, eh?

Neo-Nazi Threatmaker Accused of Working for FBI

Posted By Mark Potok On January 11, 2008 @ 5:15 pm In Anti-Immigrant,

Neo-Nazi | No Comments

New Jersey radio host [1] Hal Turner is well known as one of the most
vicious neo-Nazis in America, a man who routinely suggests killing his
enemies.

Railing against President Bush, he told his audience last June that ³a
well-placed bullet can solve a lot ofHal Turner problems.² He has written
that ³we need to start SHOOTING AND KILLING Mexicans as they cross the
border² and argued that killing certain federal judges ³may be illegal, but
it wouldn¹t be wrong.² In 2006, after he published an attack on New Jersey
Supreme Court justices that also included several of their home addresses,
state police massively beefed up security for the members of the court,
checking on one justice¹s house more than 200 times.

Hal Turner is one serious extremist. He may also be on the FBI payroll.

On Jan. 1, unidentified hackers electronically confronted Turner in the
forum of his website for ³The Hal Turner Show.² After a heated exchange,
they told Turner that they had successfully hacked into his server and found
correspondence with an FBI agent who is apparently Turner¹s handler. Then
they [2] posted an alleged July 7 E-mail to the agent in which Turner hands
over a message from someone who sent in a death threat against Sen. Russ
Feingold (D-Wisc.). ³Once again,² Turner writes to his handler, ³my fierce
rhetoric has served to flush out a possible crazy.² In what is allegedly a
portion of another E-mail, Turner discusses the money he is paid.

On Thursday, as the E-mail exchange was heatedly discussed on a major
neo-Nazi website, Turner suddenly announced he was quitting political work.
³I hereby separate from the Opro-White¹ movement,² he said, adding that he
was ending his radio show immediately. ³I will no longer involve myself in
any aspect of it.²

The FBI declined comment. ³Longstanding FBI policy prohibits disclosing who
may or may not provide information,² Agent Richard Kolko of the agency¹s
press unit said. Reached in New Jersey, Turner also declined all comment.

The apparent revelation set off a torrent of criticism from experts in
criminology and the use of informants. ³This is clearly over the line,² said
James Nolan, an associate sociology professor at West Virginia University
who is an expert in police procedure and a former unit chief in the FBI¹s
Crime Analysis, Research and Development Unit. ³Informants may be involved
in drugs, and you overlook that because of the greater good. However, these
are viable threats < they could be carried out < that the FBI clearly knows
about. I want to see the FBI stop it.²

Informants, of course, are commonly used by law enforcement agencies that
have no other way of proving suspected criminal activity. ³These are
frightening groups whose members deserve to be investigated and
infiltrated,² said Jack Levin, a criminology professor and expert on the
radical right at Northeastern University. ³My concern is that Turner¹s
methods actually are more dangerous and destructive than the evil they are
seeking to cure. His threatening messages may actually inspire neo-Nazis to
up the ante, to engage in even more destructive behavior.²

Turner, 45, has developed a reputation as one of the hardest-line racists on
the radical right since starting up his radio show seven years ago. He has
routinely ranted about such things as a ³Portable Nigger Lyncher² machine
and slimed those he hates as ³savage Negro beasts,² ³bull-dyke lesbians,²
³faggots² and worse.

But it is his threats that are legendary.

In 2006, Turner told his audience to ³clean your guns, have plenty of
ammunition S [and] then do what has to be done² to undocumented workers.
Around the same time, he suggested that half the U.S. Congress ³may have to
be assassinated.² A year earlier, he suggested ³drawing up lists of
yeshivas,² or Jewish religious schools. He once started a website called
www.killtheenemy.com for the purpose of posting photos and names of those
who marched in favor of immigrant rights.
Hearing that anti-racist activist
Floyd Cochran was visiting Newark, N.J., last June, Turner said he had
³arranged for a group of guys to physically intercept² Cochran and added
that Cochran would likely ³get such a beating that his next stop is going to
be University Hospital.²
(Floyd: So, I wonder, if I can include the FBI in the lawsuit, we are preparing against Hal Turner - for threats issued against, this could get interesting).

In a July letter, Turner wrote to the Southern
Poverty Law Center, which publishes the Intelligence Report: ³If you do not
change your stance soon, you will face a wrath of fury that you will never
be able to defend yourself against. We have the ability to reach out and
touch someone.²

Last July, Turner posted photographs of a pro-immigrant activist being taken
away by an ambulance outside Turner¹s North Bergen home. ³Click the images
below to see how I kicked the shit out of one such douchebag,² he wrote.

Reaction on the radical right to the apparent revelation was mixed, as
activists tried to figure out if Turner really was an informant. But to
many, there was little question it was Turner, based on the style of writing
in the E-mails. ³It does sound like Hal,² wrote ³Varg² on the Vanguard News
Network, a neo-Nazi website. ³I agree,² responded ³Yankee Jim.² ³The Email
definitely sounds like Hal.²

Turner¹s alleged E-mail to his FBI handler is also addressed to a detective
sergeant with the New Jersey State Police who trained with the FBI Police
Executive Fellowship Program in 2004. Interestingly, as long ago as May
2006, Turner wrote of a visit paid to him by the two men, saying they had
come to his house to warn him that ³Washington has instructed us to close
you down.² In that same posting on his website, Turner described himself as
the type to inspire ³a whole slew of potential Timothy McVeighs. I don¹t
make bombs,² he added, ³I make bombers.²

³It¹s become so routine,² Turner said of FBI visits in a 2005 interview with
The (Hackensack, N.J.) Record, ³they are like my private FBI agents.²

KEVIN STROM TO PLEAD GUILTY ON MONDAY

Kevin Alfred Strom, white nationalist indicted on child pornography charges will stand before the judge Monday, January 14, 2008, and will, reportedly, plead guilty to child pornography charges.

As it appears, Mr. Strom has struck some sort of plea bargaining deal. While nothing has been confirmed at this point, Kevin's wife, Elisha, claims that she has been told that Judge Norman K. Moon will likely sentence Kevin to 21-27 months (of which Kevin has already served approximately 12).

Others have specualated that he will be released on probation with time served.

Hal Turner:Separated and Terminated

Eye On Hate Radio Jan. 9 - Internet racist broadcaster Hal Turner has announced the "termination of the Hal Turner Show".

Turner writes: "If a new show airs at all, it will be entirely different than it is now" , Turner also stated that he has "separated" himself from the pro-White" movement".

For Turner this could mean a couple of different things - he will be back broadcasting his racist drool in a couple of months or less.

Possibly, he (Turner) will try to re-invent himself as a "patriot" Internet broadcaster.

Maybe a conversion, who knows, maybe soon Eye On Hate Radio will being doing a interview with a 'reformed racist broadcaster" Hal Turner.

Or all of the above, with Hal Turner one never knows.

The Hal Turner Show is ended.

The free market votes with its wallet and for seven years, this show has struggled to garner new listeners and financial support. I have grown weary of this battle; my heart just isn't in it anymore.

As such, it is with great regret that I announce the termination of the Hal Turner Show in its present form. If a new show airs at all, it will be entirely different than it is now.

I hereby separate from the "pro-White" movement. I will no longer involve myself in any aspect of it.

Thank you for your support in the past. I wish all of you the best of luck in the future.

Those few of you who subscribed more than a single month will still have access to the archives until your subscription expires. - Hal Turner

WE WERE RIGHT

Jan.8 UpDate,JUST In:
The New Republic
Angry White Man
by James Kirchick
The bigoted past of Ron Paul.
Post Date Tuesday, January 08, 2008

So...label us "liberal" but know that we were right. Last Wednesday night, Floyd Cochran and Nicole Nichols aired a Special Edition of Eye On Hate where we talked about Ron Paul, the Republican presidential hopeful. We spoke of the mob of thugs and degenerates who are lining up behind Paul and their strong-arm tactics. Today, a video of some of those followers was published on the internet showing them chasing and throwing things at Sean Hannity. We told you - and we called it right.

THE GLOVES HAVE COME OFF

Okay...I'm pissed and the gloves are coming off. Oh yeah - I have really been handling Ron Paul and his entourage of thugs with kid gloves whether you could tell it or not. But, that's over.

Now, I can't stand Sean Hannity and I find FOX News an exercise in bias and convolution. I think that keeping Ron Paul out of the New Hampshire debates was a big mistake on their part - and really wish they would have let him show his ass to the American people once more. Regardless of being somewhat liberal in my politics and world view, I don't like censorship or depriving candidates of their rights to free speech.

However...the cult-like gathering of thugs who attacked Hannity on behalf of Ron Paul should all be neutered. What a truly despicable display of mob mentality that was. Of course, they simply made the point that many of us on the internet have been trying to make when it comes to Ron Paul supporters. Being enthusiastic is one thing, but acting like a pack of wild dogs in the name of patriotism is something altogether different.

As many have already articulated - Ron Paul zealots are making a mockery out of this process and are attempting to create a climate of fear and intimidation for those who disagree with Paul or who have criticisms. In short, they lack class and integrity and have put Paul in a much more negative light than he was already in.

Now...on top of everything else...they are attempting to equate this man with Martin Luther King, Jr. Videos have been popping up everywhere claiming that Paul and Dr. King are very much alike - well bullshit. As I waded through some of these blasphemes - I was enraged that the Paul campaign is attempting to exploit our celebration of a national hero into another "Money Bomb" for their Messiah.

While the supporters claim that this is not part of the “Official Campaign,” this move toward another attempted fund raiser is moving forward without an apparent hitch – and the videos are hitting the internet hard – without one word from Paul or his campaign headquarters. Of course, if you are Ron Paul, you don’t have to denounce anything because according to him, people are going to do what people are going to do. Which simply means, in this case, if it adds to the treasure trove who cares.

Principled? I think not. Ron Paul is neither principled nor smart. As a matter of fact, he may have just stepped right in the middle of the biggest cow patty in the pasture. While the delinquent miscreants over at the Vanguard News Network Forum are getting themselves all worked up over Paul sidling up with an African-American hero, the tea-cups over at Stormfront are trying to work this to their advantage.
Scottsman4096 viewed it this way…

“We really are marching in a parade that borders on surreal. Lets all keep in mind the objective and why we are all doing this. I can bear holding my nose when I see an MLK day fundraiser for Paul ( I won't donate on that day ) because in the end, Ron Paul needs their votes too. I joined a local meetup group to promote Ron Paul, and we're doing all kinds of activities to get the word out, sign distribution and waving, sidewalk chalking, trade shows, and mass mailings, but I've really had to bite my tongue a bit and keep my mouth shut about my WN. And I'm absolutely certain there are others ( one lacked enough tact not to name the jew in front of the group ). This is something we ALL need to take a lesson on if we want to be successful in the future : infiltration and subterfuge. If RP loses the nomination or election, we try something else, but for the meantime lets blend in with the "Berkeley freaks" and help sell the candidate.”

And there you have it. It’s a real game to these people. You see, they firmly believe that Paul will further their agenda and they realize that he isn’t even attempting to moderate or exercise any control over this campaign…hence Speak Out Right Now had this to say…

“A White nationalist will monitor where the donations are coming from and then will report back with an article that demonstrates that 95% of all donations originated from white liberals in white areas of the country. The same article will conclusively prove that balcks didn't contribute more than 5% of the donations in the name of their own hero, MLK.

“Blacks don't read. Black men do nothing on the Internet but view interracial pornography, and blacks aren't benevolent and altruistic people, they don't donate money to any cause but their own insatiable desires to fornicate.

“Remember, RP doesn't really control those that campaign for him. If someone wanted to, they coul;d easily start a "Algerian Midgets for Ron Paul fundraising campaign." It's simply a matter of doing so.”

Last Wednesday night (January 3, 2008) on Eye On Hate Radio Floyd Cochran and myself spoke of the mob of thugs behind Paul’s campaign and the strong-arm tactics being employed. We were the first to bring this to the general public. We were the first to say what others have thought better of. Now, we have the video. The angry mob screaming, chasing, and throwing things at Sean Hannity because Fox left Paul out of a debate – those were precisely who we spoke of. And we were right.

At 72 years of age, one would think that Ron Paul would at least realize that adopting a look of innocence and claiming no knowledge might work for a 7 year old – but a seasoned veteran of politics? How absurd.

After viewing the video, ask yourself what might happen should one of his hooligans believe that there was foul play or voter irregularities at a particular precinct. As yourself what that mob might be capable of if their numbers were to increase. Ask yourself if this is representative of the type of leadership America needs.

Read the statements by the racists on Stormfront who support Paul and ask yourself if he is capable of duplicity – of running a chameleonic campaign. And remember – silence = acceptance.

The gloves have definitely come off – and the “Ron Paul Revulsion Part II” will reveal even more about Dr. Ron Paul.
