ANOTHER THINK AGAIN FOR THE NAZI'S

It took months of investigation and evidence gathering, but the New Port Richie community in the Sunshine State have finally gotten their man. Actually, they had him all the time. John Ditullio has been indicted for the murder of Kristofer King and the attempted murder of Patricia Wells.

We brought you this story as it was unfolding and have been anxiously awaiting a resolution in this heinous crime. Who can forget the pictures of Patricia Wells, her face and arms scarred, bandaged, and bleeding as she told reporters what had transpired in her trailer late one Spring night?

As the racists went into their usual throes of denial, they cried foul and postulated a host of scenarios that did not include the skinhead crew of neo-Nazi's who waged a reign of terror against Wells and her neighbors. Sorry guys - the Grand Jury returned their indictment and the sickening scum-bag that you so wanted to protect is now going down.

Neo-Nazi is indicted in attack
He will face charges in the stabbing of a woman and the killing of her son's 17-year-old friend.

NEW PORT RICHEY - Blood. Honor. Loyalty. Recruits of the Teak Street neo-Nazis wore red T-shirts bearing those words.

John Ditullio wore his as a SWAT team led him out of the group's swastika-covered clubhouse March 23. Authorities were investigating a brutal attack next door: a masked, knife-wielding man broke in, slashing at those inside. Patricia Wells survived. Kristofer King, 17, did not.

In jail, Ditullio told the St. Petersburg Times he was loyal to his fellow white supremacists - then blamed one of them for attacking the neighbors. He said this neo-Nazi even confessed, "I've taken care of them forever."

But now it is Ditullio who stands accused.

A grand jury indicted the 20-year-old New Port Richey man Tuesday after hearing the state's evidence in secret proceedings.

"We are glad that enough evidence was gathered to indict John Ditullio for the murder of ... Kristofer King, and when convicted, may the wrath of God fall upon him," King's family said in a written statement.

The indictment on first-degree murder and attempted murder charges is under seal until the defendant is served in the Pasco County jail.

But Chief Assistant State Attorney Bruce Bartlett confirmed the indictment was against Ditullio, finally putting a name to the mystery surrounding one of Pasco's most infamous crimes.

Wells, 44, and King's mother, Charlene, hadn't seen each other since the attack. Outside the courtroom, they embraced.

"It was very emotional for both of us," Wells said. "I can't fathom the pain she's going through."

Wells said the neo-Nazis had terrorized her ever since she moved in, set off by the fact that she was often visited by a black acquaintance. It appears King, a friend of Wells' son Brandon Wininger, was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

King's parents believe Ditullio mistook their son for Wininger. He lives out of state now, still in fear of the Teak Street neo-Nazis. Earlier this month, he and his mother testified in the trial of neo-Nazi leader Brian "Zero" Buckley, who was convicted in an attack on Wells' home days before the murder.

The state has DNA evidence linking Ditullio to the March 23 attack, Bartlett said.

"We indicted the person we feel is responsible," he said.

Ditullio is already charged with aggravated domestic battery, witness tampering and assault for a Feb. 20 attack on his ex-girlfriend at the neo-Nazi clubhouse. Authorities say Ditullio beat her and held a knife to her face. Ditullio is being held without bail at the Pasco County jail.

The American Nazi sect he belonged to was shattered after the stabbing. Four members were arrested. One is now serving a prison term and another, Buckley, awaits sentencing. It's still a group, but its remnants are scattered around Hudson.

"They've been fragmented and they're laying low in individual houses," said Pasco Sheriff's Lt. Robert Sullivan, who leads the intelligence unit.

What's left of the Teak Street neo-Nazis has been laying low since that March day.

"I think they realize we know who they are," Sullivan said, "and we're on top of their movements."

Neo-Nazi to represent himself
Thursday, October 26, 2006

Ditullio appeared in court Thursday.
A 20-year-old Neo-Nazi was officially charged with first-degree murder and first-degree attempted murder Thursday following his indictment on Tuesday.

Still defiant, John Ditullio told the judge he didn't need any legal help and wants to represent himself.

Ditullio is accused of storming into his next-door-neighbor's home in New Port Richey on March 23, stabbing and injuring the homeowner, Patricia Wells, and stabbing to death 17-year-old Kristopher King, a friend of Wells' son.

"He was stabbing me and he finished stabbing me and went after the boy," said Wells.

Griffin Park resident Richard Lopez and others are glad someone is finally charged with the brutal attacks that happened in their neighborhood.

"I hope he loses," said Lopez. "That's what I hope."

The apparent motivation for the attack was Ditullio didn't like the skin

color of Wells' friends and King was mistaken for someone else.

"I'm happy for his (King's) family and all," said Lopez. "He deserves it. It's crazy what they did to that kid."

As his own lawyer, Ditullio will now get to see evidence that was collected for his arrest warrant. That includes a victim's blood on Ditullio's clothing from multiple stab wounds, his DNA on a stocking mask and a beanie found near the gas mask he allegedly used during the crime, and testimony from his fellow Neo-Nazis, pointing to Ditullio as the man who attacked King and Wells.

Ditullio is being held without bond at the Pasco County Jail.

  1. Amish? Since when do Amish people ink their faces? The guy is a skinhead who was involved with a lot of other skinheads in a reign of terror in that trailer park.

Apparently, they have enough DNA and witnesses to believe they can get a conviction. The others from his group have all gone underground with the exception of those who got arrested.

    Brooklyn Attack Victim Speaks Out

Brooklyn - WABC, November 1, 2006) - Police are calling it a vicious hate crime. The victim is Pakistani and his alleged attackers are a group of Jewish teenagers.

The victim is at Bellevue Hospital where he is recovering. He tells us the doctors here have informed him that he will require reconstructive facial surgery.

"They were saying you Muslim terrorist..get out of the country," Shahid Amber said.

Those are the words that 24-year-old Shahid Amber says preceded a violent attack by a mob of teenagers -- an attack prosecutors are now calling a hate crime.

"One of them spit in my face and then when I wipe the spit off my face, I opened my eyes and saw brass knuckles," he said.

The incident happened Sunday night in the Midwood section of Brooklyn right outside a Dunkin' Doughnuts near the corner of Avenue M and East 15th Street.

Shahid Amber, who is Pakistani, was standing outside eating ice cream when witnesses say he was surrounded by a group of Jewish teenagers who attacked him. This man saw it happen.

"He was Pakistani, he came inside with all the blood on his face..." the man said.

The incident happened in a neighborhood that is a melting pot -- dozens of different cultures come together here and some deny that there is any racial tension.

"No tension that I know of...nothing at all," a resident said.

But something triggered the attack that broke Shahid Amber's nose and scarred his face. But the pain runs deeper than that for his family.

His mother says like millions of other immigrants they came to this country looking for a better life. But on this night as she clutches her son's blood stained coat, after this violent attack, the only thing she's hoping for now is justice for her son.

"No more this country safe for Muslims ...no more," she said.

Those responsible will face hate crime charges. The Brooklyn DA's office tells us there have already been five arrests and say there may be more ahead.

  3. Yes Warren, that was definitely a hate crime.

  4. Chris,
You can determine if someone is Amish just by the beard that they wear? That's why WN is a joke, you can't even who is who or who is white.

    Nikki,
And just think, this is the type of skinhead that Vonbluvens wants as a member of his organization. Of course, the next person who joins his organization will be the first person who joins it.

    Warren,

Notice the "jews" are facing HATE CRIME charges. I thought your types claimed that never happens.

If found guilty, those "jews" deserve the same amount of prison time had this been a white on black hate crime.

    Michael Herbert Blevins,
Explain why in your first divorce case in Roanoke County, that your ex-wife brought in witnesses to testify about your behavior which the judge ordered you to never have contact with your kids again?

You must be one really f....d up mental case to have a judge declare you so unfit, you can't see your own kids. And don't lie and claim it isn't you either like you did last week in here with those letters to the Roanoke Times.

Roanoke County case #: CH93000519-00 Trial Judge With Witnesses

I wonder if child care services know that you reside in a house that is a daycare with your record in court? Maybe we should find out. Just think, if a judge ordered you to stay away from your own children, should citizens of Sarasota trust their children around you?

    We'll find out.

  5. Schwartzo's Faggot desires are once again showing up again for WN. He tries to hurt WN because he knows they're not into his Faggotry.

  6. Yes...we will find out, huh Harry? Blevins had better not be there.

  7. Schwartzo knows that they know Von is there. Schwartzo claimed that he reported that Von was there after he got married. Schwartzo thought that she would lose her daycare license, but he was fooled. The investigators said everything was fine.

  10. Anyone with an inkling of common sense knows that if Schwartzo's lips are moving that he's lying. He lost all credibility 3 or 4 yrs ago.

Shwartzo, don't you see that the reason I posted the story is because this is the sort of story never found on this anti-White propaganda website ?

Now, if you have some other story evidencing jews perpetrating 'hate' crimes, then by all means post it up and show me how I'm mistaken to cite this as a rare example. I believe that the only reason this story was covered at all was because the 'victim' was a muslim. I don't recall ever seeing a White victim of a 'hate' crime on this website.

LONG BEACH - Several suspects including at least three men who savagely beat three young women in a horrific hate crime attack Halloween night remained at large Friday.

The three victims - two of whom are 19 and the third 21 - agreed to sit down with a Press-Telegram reporter and discuss the painful attack in the hope that someone who knows the culprits will turn them in to police.

The young women asked to be identified by only their first names of Laura, Michelle and Lauren because they and their families fear for their safety. The assault, they said, was so savage they thank God they are alive.

    `A pack of hyenas'

The victims - along with throngs of other people - had gone to the 3800 block of Linden Avenue around 9:30 p.m. for a popular Halloween block party. As they walked up to an elaborate haunted house, they said, a group of about a dozen males began taunting them.

"They asked us, `Are you down with it?,' we had no idea what that meant so we didn't say anything and just walked by them up to the haunted house," said Laura, "They were grabbing their crotches - we didn't know if it was a gang thing or what."

After making their way through a maze at the house, thethree girls said they were back in the same spot where they were confronted and next to the same guys, who again taunted them. Still saying nothing, the three victims tried to walk away but were pelted with lemons and small pumpkins that split the seams on their costumes and left lumps and bruises on their bodies.

The taunts and jeers grew more aggressive, the victims recalled, as did the size of the crowd. Now females joined in, and everyone began saying "We hate white people, f--- whites!"

At this point, the girls began to run, but the pack of assailants ran ahead of them and kept them surrounded.

"It was like animals, like a pack of hyenas," Michelle said.

She was trying to call 911 on her cell phone when the taunts began, but kept getting busy signals. She tried three times to call, she said, but never got through to an operator.

The suspects also began to gradually separate the girls, first by grabbing Laura by her long hair and yanking her backward.

She said she tried to fight off a group of girls who surrounded her and were clawing and hitting her, but then a man came up and slammed her in the head with a skateboard, knocking her unconscious.

"One of the witnesses told the police that he saw my legs go straight up in the air and I hit the ground face first," she said, accounting for the bumps and bruises on her forehead and around her nose and eyes.

Her friends watched, horrified as the man raised the skateboard over his head and slammed her again as she lay on the ground. Others in the pack also began to hit and kick her motionless body.

Fearing their friend would be killed, the other two girls rushed to her aid.

    Saved by a Samaritan

Lauren was the first at Laura's side, and a group of people immediately jumped on her and began punching her in the face and back of the head simultaneously. Some kicked her in the back of knees, causing her legs to buckle. At one point, when they got her cell phone away from her, Lauren said she knelt down to try and retrieve the phone.

"Once I knelt down, there was too much of a force on top of me to get back up," she said. "They were pounding on my back, on my head. ... They were kicking at the ball that was me."

Lauren suffered 12 fractures in her face, including four to her eye socket, three to her nose and three to her cheek.

Doctors don't yet know if she will regain all of her eyesight. Until the swelling goes down, they won't know if she'll require surgery to repair the many broken bones.

Forced to drop her college photography classes this semester because she cannot see well enough to use the camera, Lauren also can't blow her nose or sleep lying down. The pressure, doctors told her, could cause any of the fractured bones to shift, which could lead to her eye becoming detached from the shattered socket.

Michelle said she saw the group drag Lauren down as she rushed up and knocked the man with the skateboard off Laura. But then he then turned on her, punching her in both sides of her face and in the ribs.

Her face, like Lauren's and Laura's, is bruised and swollen. The lining that surrounds her lungs is also bruised.

As the man beat on Michelle, Laura regained consciousness and tried to pull him off her friend. But others in the pack immediately began to hammer at her again, she said.

She, like Lauren, suffered a concussion as well as multiple contusions. The lumps and marks on the back of her head and her back show where she was stomped, kicked and punched as she lay on the ground.

In all, the attack lasted about 10 minutes, and it ended only when a Good Samaritan driving by the melee stopped and physically blocked the battered girls bodies while yanking the assailants off the victims.

Maybe because he was also black, or because he was so tall and strong, the group broke up and scattered to several cars and fled, the victims said.

"If it wasn't for that guy, honestly, I don't think these two would be here today," Michelle said.

Shortly after the attack, police arrested 10 juveniles on a charge of felony hate crimes, including counts for assault with a deadly weapon, battery and robbery.

Some of the 10 youths - nine girls and one boy ranging in age from 12 to 17 - were found wearing the victim's earrings - which were ripped from their flesh - and had Lauren's cell phone.

    Others still at large

The victims were able to identify all 10 but said there are several others who participated who remain at large. They estimated that at least 25 people took part in the attack, while witnesses who live on the block told police the crowd looked to have between 30 and 40 people.

"I heard these thumping sounds and all these people yelling "F--- whites, f--- whites!" said one resident who witnessed the attack.

She spoke on condition of anonymity, fearing the assailants might return to her neighborhood and attack her and other witnesses.

"I have such mixed feelings," she added. "I'm so ashamed that I didn't try to run out there and stop them, but it was terrifying."

"I've never seen anything like that in my life," she added. "I can't even describe it. I'm still terrified."

She said she called 911, along with several of her neighbors, and screamed frantically for help as a dispatcher tried to calm her down. North Division officers found the 10 youths not far from the scene of the crime in a grocery store parking lot.

One girl's mother said she doesn't blame witnesses who were too frightened to intervene.

And she and the other mothers said over and over how grateful they are to the man who saved their daughters' lives.

"I can't imagine," Barbara said, her eyes shining with tears. "I can't imagine anyone doing that to another human being, or even an animal."

Now the mothers are working with police and imploring the district attorney's office to prosecute the youths as adults and to seek the harshest sentences possible. They have raised $2,500 for a reward fund so far, and are taking more donations in the hope it will spur someone to turn those responsible in to authorities.

Most of all, the girls and their mothers want the three men - who appeared to be in their early 20s - to be arrested.

A team of detectives have been assigned to the case, and the police response has the victims and their families confident that the men will soon be found.

Anyone with information about the suspects or the incident is urged to call police at the Youth Services Division, at (562) 570-1426, or Violent Crimes Division, at (562) 570-7250.

"Anything anyone can do, please help," said one of the mothers. "These people ... they don't belong in society."
