TEABAGGER TROUNCED

Some teabagger over on Facebook has been sending out the following email to liberals:

If you've ever wondered what side of the fence you sit on, this is a great test!
If a conservative doesn't like

guns, he doesn't buy one.... See More

If a liberal doesn't like guns,

he wants all guns outlawed.

If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn't

eat meat.

If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat

products banned for everyone..

If a conservative is homosexual, he quietly

leads his life.

If a liberal is homosexual, he demands

legislated respect.

If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks

about how to better his situation.

A liberal wonders who

is going to take care of him.

If a conservative doesn't like a talk show

host, he switches channels.

Liberals demand that those

they don't like be shut down.

If a conservative is a non-believer, he

doesn't go to church.

A liberal non-believer wants any

mention of God and religion silenced. (Unless it's a foreign religion,

of course!)

If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping

for it, or may choose a job that provides it.

A liberal demands that the rest of us pay for his.

If a conservative reads this, he'll forward it so his

friends can have a good laugh.

A liberal will delete it because he's "offended".

In response to that stupidity, Shawn Mitchell Show issued the following reply:

Joe gets up at 6 a.m. and fills his coffeepot with water to prepare his morning coffee. The water is clean and good because some tree-hugging liberal fought for minimum water-quality standards.

With his first swallow of water, he takes his daily medication. His medications are safe to take because some stupid commie liberal fought to ensure their safety and that they work as advertised.

All but $10 of his medications are paid for by his employers medical plan because some liberal union workers fought their employers for paid medical insurance now Joe gets it too.

He prepares his morning breakfast, bacon and eggs. Joes bacon is safe to eat because some girly-man liberal fought for laws to regulate the meat packing industry.

In the morning shower, Joe reaches for his shampoo. His bottle is properly labeled with each ingredient and its amount in the total contents because some crybaby liberal fought for his right to know what he was putting on his body and how much it contained.

Joe dresses, walks outside and takes a deep breath. The air he breathes is clean because some environmentalist wacko liberal fought for the laws to stop industries from polluting our air.

He walks on the government-provided sidewalk to subway station for his government-subsidized ride to work. It saves him considerable money in parking and transportation fees because some fancy-pants liberal fought for affordable public transportation, which gives everyone the opportunity to be a contributor.

Joe begins his work day. He has a good job with excellent pay, medical benefits, retirement, paid holidays and vacation because some lazy liberal union members fought and died for these working standards. Joes employer pays these standards because Joes employer doesnt want his employees to call the union.

If Joe is hurt on the job or becomes unemployed, he'll get a worker compensation or unemployment check because some stupid liberal didnt think he should lose his home because of his temporary misfortune.

It is noontime and Joe needs to make a bank deposit so he can pay some bills. Joes deposit is federally insured by the FDIC because some godless liberal wanted to protect Joes money from unscrupulous bankers who ruined the banking system before the Great Depression.

Joe has to pay his Fannie Mae-underwritten mortgage and his below-market federal student loan because some elitist liberal decided that Joe and the government would be better off if he was educated and earned more money over his lifetime. Joe also forgets that his in addition to his federally subsidized student loans, he attended a state funded university.

Joe is home from work. He plans to visit his father this evening at his farm home in the country. He gets in his car for the drive. His car is among the safest in the world because some America-hating liberal fought for car safety standards to go along with the tax-payer funded roads.

He arrives at his boyhood home. His was the third generation to live in the house financed by Farmers’ Home Administration because bankers didn’t want to make rural loans. The house didn’t have electricity until some big-government liberal stuck his nose where it didn’t belong and demanded rural electrification.

Joe is happy to see his father, who is now retired. His father lives on Social Security and a union pension because some wine-drinking, cheese-eating liberal made sure he could take care of himself so Joe wouldn... Read More’t have to.

Joe gets back in his car for the ride home, and turns on a radio talk show. The radio host keeps saying that liberals are bad and conservatives are good. He doesn’t mention that the beloved Republicans have fought against every protection and benefit Joe enjoys throughout his day. Joe agrees: “We don’t need those big-government liberals ruining our lives! After all, I’m a self-made man who believes everyone should take care of themselves, just like I have.”

Just thought I would remind everyone WHY I am a Proud Liberal!
DITTO THAT!

  1. Oh please! Did Joe have to drive through crack town to get home that day?

Fact is, I consider myself liberal on a lot of things. However, unlike most who claim to be liberal, I am for the government staying out of people's business as much as possible. However, there's a difference between me and those who mostly call themselves "liberal". I don't defend the rich, powerful and politically over-represented (Jews) at every turn. I don't try to assist the government in silences those who disagree with me. I don't push for laws to keep people for questions the actions or claims of the world's most powerful group. NONE of that makes any sense to anyone paying attention except for the simple reason: Jews own your ass.

Supporting Jewish apartied, Jewish wars of aggression, Jewish genocide and anti-freedom laws...that's liberal? How? I mean, if someone can explain it to me, I'm all ears. Gee, plant an earthday tree on top of a mass grave---it would make just as much sense.

I've seen the liberal versus conservative thing before. Though I'm not really a conservative, it makes a lot of sense. Liberal "facism" is a real thing. Just because you don't march in a military parade while Stalin waves at you doesn't make one any less of a liberal-facist that them. Nazi concentration campes, Soviet re-education camps, American prisons...tomato/tomato.

  2. The "conservative" post cracked me up; in fact one of the reasons I'd never dream of voting for a Republican is because they DON'T mind their own business:

    1. If you don't like abortion, don't have one. But the R's want to tell you what to do.

    2. Socially, if you are gay, the R's want tell you what kind of relationship you can have.

    3. Remember the vote to overturn the unenforcable ban on interracial marriage? 40 percent of those in Alabama voted to keep this on the books...this was in the year 2000!

    4. Church state: sure, pray all you want, go to your church of choice, but the cons expect people to be a captive audience to their conception of god, etc. And if this isn't bad enough, they want their religion to influence how science is taught in public schools!

  3. PS: the last post is from Ollie; the "Harriet" tag is a non-de-plume that I use on another blogspot blog and blogger puts it on my blogger posts and comments.

  4. Let's take it a step farther, Harriet.

    1. If you don't want to mother anymore, just kill your kids.

    2. Republicans have no right to tell anyone what kind of relationship I can be in. Watch out though, the monkey I married might tear your face off.

    3. It is truly shocking to see people have a different opinion on what liberals say is right. Those people should be put in camps where they will learn to make vote for the right things.

    4. I agree. I think it's even worse when Republicans go to Israel to campaign and get that photo op at the wailing wall. And the way they pump billions into defending the "Holy Land!" All jokes aside, that's some combination of church and state we can live with, huh? What a few thousands American lives and a couple million Arabic ones? They'll all die someday anyway, right? :)

  5. Those were funny and verifiable statements the conservative made.

The liberal however acted as if the conservative would wish NO regulation, laws etc. As if the conservative would love to suck in smog and eat tainted meat for the all mighty dollar which we all know isn't true.

Afterall, I just finished posting a link of republicans saying they "wanted" regulation on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the democrats saying NO, there is nothing wrong with it... a couple years prior to their crash.

  6. """Fact is, I consider myself liberal on a lot of things. However, unlike most who claim to be liberal, I am for the government staying out of people's business as much as possible."""

That's interesting considering there is ONLY 1 primary difference between a conservative and a liberal.

There are pro choice conservative. There are pro life liberals. There are conservatives who buy into the global warming hoax. There are liberals who know it is a fraud.

However... there are NO liberals who don't see the solution to todays problems as being more federal government control consisting of intense federal regulation, federal agencies that will "fix" the problems, etc. Democrats share that one thing in common. The federal government is the solution to the problems we face.

Conservatives already know that the federal government fucks up everything they touch. And they strictly agree with the constitution which says STATES have the right to make their own laws, and the federal government has NO right to tell them what to do.

"States rights" creates an atmosphere of competition between states. And it is better for the people. If you don't like it, you don't have to leave the entire United States to get away. You can simply move to another state where you agree with the laws.

I sure would like to know why you consider yourself a liberal considering the fact that you just said you like government to stay out of peoples business. You must be talking about state government staying out of peoples business and the federal government becoming more involved.

Us conservatives believe in the rule of law. Just not on a federal level.

    Well, you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it's evolution
    Well, you know
We all want to change the world
But when you talk about destruction
Don't you know that you can count me out
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
    all right, all right

You say you got a real solution
    Well, you know
We'd all love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
    Well, you know
    We're doing what we can
    But when you want money
for people with minds that hate
All I can tell is brother you have to wait
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
    all right, all right

But if you go carrying pictures of chairman Mao
You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow

Don't you know it's gonna be all right
    all right, all right
all right, all right, all right
all right, all right, all right
