CHICAGO - The arraignment of a New Jersey blogger accused of threatening three Chicago-based federal appeals judges has been postponed.

Former Internet talk show host Hal Turner's arraignment was rescheduled at the request of defense attorney Michael Andrew Orozco. The lawyer told the court hours before Friday's arraignment that he hadn't received notification to get to Chicago in time and was still in New Jersey.

The arraignment is now scheduled for Tuesday.

Turner is accused of posting a statement on the Internet that the three judges "deserve to be killed" for upholding Chicago's handgun ban.

He's also charged in Connecticut with inciting injury to persons for urging his readers to "take up arms" against two state lawmakers.

  1. You can't get around having illegal bullets. That will at least leave the Turner family (Phyliss's money) with a huge fine. I own a few firearms and to tell the truth, as unconstitutional as it may be, current gun laws are fairly easy to abide by. Look up the gun laws for your state. Either move or decide to obey them.

In contrast, I don't understand why hollow point bullets are illegal in NJ. I own very few and the ones I own are for hunting purposes, not self defense. You see, a hollow point bullet normally moves fast but expands more. This creates more tissue damage and trauma. That being said, they are the worst bullets to use while facing body armor or even heavy clothing (depending on the round). Cops ought to love hollow points. They wear armor, criminals normally don't.

If I was having to defend myself against someone trying to kill my family or myself, I would likely be using full metal jacket (FMJ) bullets. I'd be trying to kill the attacker, naturally. A shot through the center of the chest from your's truely equals the end of the fight (likely death). Who cares how bad the tissue was damaged in the process? Is someone planning to mount the dead body (spare your sick jokes)?

My point is it's a stupid law but it is one that is on the books.

  2. Speaking of tissue damage, has anyone been keeping up with all the Jews being arrested in Hal's home state? Organ trafficing? I know it's a policy around here to never, ever question anything a Jew does and by no means suggest that a Jew may have done something wrong. But do you all realize what kind of evil goes into that sort of crime?

I said earlier about how the Jews were often human vultures, proffiting from the misfortunes of others. I think I used Great Depression Germany and Russia as an example, though there are scores more. If this not another bright, shining example of how Jewish behavior brings on anti-semetic feelings, then actions?

As if that were something to "accuse" someone of. Someone "deserves to be killed" is freedom of speech and is a perfect example of how he is being bullied by behind the scenes organizations just like Bill is.

  6. Say what you will but Hutch was right about the bill white case. Hooch was right and the rest of you clowns were wrong. The judge declared that bill's speech was PROTECTED speech.

  7. Lunatic Fringe Radio - May Hal Turner have a long life

One of the things we here at Lunatic Fringe Radio noticed about Hal Turner before his arrest was his health. Hal was grossly over weight for a man his age - smoking way to many cigars and from all indication wasn't getting much "loving" at home. maybe the best place for Hal is jail.

He will lose weight - can't smoke and will have lots of opportunities for "love" with that in mind Lunatic Fringe Radio wishes Hal a long life.... in prison !

More often than not "Hooch" is correct on many issues. He has a better track record with his predictions than Nikki or anyone else commenting here.

I miss his contributions to the discussion area.

Thanks Man, I appreciate that! I've been real busy lately not participating in this recession and taking advantage of all of the advantages that our great leader Obama has given me in my real estate business.

So all of you libs, I can tell you how your messiah has helped me specifically. Can you tell me how he has helped you?
