Neo-Nazi William White will stay in jail, at least until Friday.

A federal judge in Roanoke wants a local psychiatrist to examine White before he decides whether White can be released on bond.
Last week, a magistrate judge set conditions for White's release. The government immediately appealed that decision to the district court.
White is charged with threatening and intimidating people by way of the internet.
He's been in jail since October, when he was charged with threatening a Chicago jury foreman. That charge has been dismissed.
I think White gets out. Like I said, even if he is found guilty on some of these charges, the time served will likely be his punishment.

1) White has threatened Urbanski in the past so why isn't that judge dismissing himself on the case?
2) Lazy prosecution doesn't know White's history of skipping bail on assault TWICE in Maryland.
It would appear that "Operation Hopeful Eagle" is coming to a swift conclusion.

I'd like to know how with Bill's history of violence he was able to get a concealed hand gun permit.
ReplyDeleteErica, it's because he was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, not a felony. So it wouldn't show up in a federal database check and I'm sure Bill wouldn't volunteer the information to anyone in Virginia.
ReplyDeleteYou can check his convictions & skipping on his bail in Maryland yourself. Just google "maryland court records", then search William White and William Alexander White, Dob 5/29/**** - Montgomery county and Silver Spring City.
The feds don't deserve any help though, they keep financing white supremacist rallies and groups.

ReplyDeleteIf I was Bill White, I'd just go home and forget about the whole thing. Don't even show up to court. Nine times out of ten, they'll just forget about it after sending you a few letters. He needs to just get on with his life.

That is most likely true, Harry. Bill went off the deep end and threatened some famous people like Leonard Pitts Jr. a Pulitzer Prize winner. That might have not been too smart. You have to wonder what he was thinking. Bill seems to have this need for attention. He is also the dumbest smart person I've ever seen. I am starting to think maybe we need a "common sense" quotient factored into our intelligence tests.
