Serving on a jury is not an easy task - and the jury in the Hal Turner trial is having trouble. After a couple of hours of deliberations they sent a note to the judge saying they are hopelessly deadlocked. Of course they are. It's Friday and they have spent all of two days listening to the proceedings in a trial that was supposed to last two weeks!
Judge Walter sent them back and saying, "This is an important case this trial has been expensive in time and money."
Well...no shit! After a change of venue and flying in a special judge and prosecutor, along with all of the money that has been spent by the federal government to the defendant himself, you and I are out a bundle.
Something just isn't right in any of this. Something stinks to high heaven and we really need some answers.
